We stayed here for 1 day and the stay was wonderful experience. On our arrival, Jennifer helped us with all details and smooth check in. Room was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. Food at their restaurant was tasty. One of the handful restaurant in Kerala where I found awesome food.

Our 2 nights stay was very comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished with modern amenities, ensuring comfort. The buffet breakfast was elaborate with variety of lip-smacking options. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. Every penny was well-spent. A special thanks to Ms. Jennifer, who helped me with the booking and extended a warm welcome on arrival.

We have recently booked a group tour with Crystal Cove Thekkady the hotel location, food and rooms are very good, it was not a easy task to tackle a group of 50 people in which 95% people are senior citizen, thanks to Ms. Jennifer who taken taken care of the group very well whether its check-in process or any other thing she knows everything, hotel staff was very good and cooperative, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, coming to food as its veg group the hotel chef and staff prepared good North Indian veg food. Ms. Jennifer thanks for the complimentary terrace party our group has enjoyed and lot especially the ladies and from now onwards Crystal Cove will be my only choice for Thekkady. It was very pleasent and nice hotel. Staffs are very kind and cooperative. Complementary breakfast is very good in taste and quality food. Location is centre of busy street and easy for access. Car parking is nice.

I recently stayed at this charming and elegant hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were beautiful, and the overall ambiance was top-notch. A special mention goes to Ms. Jennifer at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Her kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference, especially to a weary traveler like me. I felt that my experience at the hotel was genuinely important to her, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was also enjoyable, and the public areas were relaxing, maintained by a diligent team of staff. We stayed at Crystal Cove for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay there. The hotel is near to famous elephant junction and other traditional activities, offering a calm and quiet environment. The room was quite spacious, neat and comfy. Breakfast is Ok type Good place to stay with family and friends. JENNIFER the manager of crystals cove is very helpful and also have golden heart for tourists.
