Holiday Vista Luxury Hotel and Spa, Thekkady

I recently stayed this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night! The hotel amenities were top-notch; I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

We got free upgraded balcony room upon request to celebrate birthday. Excellent supportive staff Very careful about guests and amenities I would rate 6 out of 5 for this place WiFi is little on and off Prime location in the town Could buy excellent cake from better bakery near by Could get balloons and stuff required Supportive staff helped me decorate and keep the cake fresh

The Front Office Manager was exceptional during my stay. They handled check-in with efficiency and warmth, making me feel welcome right away. Any questions I had about the hotel or the surrounding area were answered promptly and with great detail. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for a wonderful experience. I appreciated how they resolved a minor issue with my room swiftly and with a smile. Highly recommend!"

We stayed at this hotel for two days and it was a very nice experience. We had done our hotel bookings via Kerala tours Pvt Ltd. Both the rooms, we had booked were spectacular clean including the water bottles, cups, glasses, electric kittle provided. Washrooms were clean and 24 hours hot water supply was there. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant of hotel has tasty dishes and is maintaining proper hygiene. The Breakfast menu has many options including sweets. Our room window view was also beautiful. All in all we liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is children friendly and also the buffet rates for children are charged less. Its nearby to the market place so a walk in the evening can lead you to many food joints nearby. Thank you Holiday Vista!!

We are really happy with the hotel and its staffs. Rooms were airy, clean and equipped with all necessities. Staffs were all very courteous and helpfull especially stalin. Siva. Sahitha who had served us really well through out our stay.enjoyed luxury stay

I recently stayed at Holiday vista in Thekkady and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and housekeeping services were prompt and thorough.||The hotel’s location was ideal, providing easy access to [PERIYAR BOARTING, KATHAKALI SHOW , ELEPHANT JUNCTION & MARKET], which made exploring the area convenient. The staff were particularly noteworthy; they were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries.||The hotel’s amenities, including pool,restaurant, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Breakfast offerings were varied and of good quality, though it could benefit from a bit more variety.||While the hotel provided excellent value for money, I would recommend for its overall comfort, great service, and convenient location.
