Room was clean, spacious, and affordable. Balcony view in morning was beautiful. The location is excellent, with lots of food options and a bus depot nearby. Kathakali and Kalarippayattu show is just a 5-minute walk away from property. The staff was friendly, and the owner, Adv. Jayan, made sure everything was perfect during checkout. The owner deserves special mention for his exceptional hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure a pleasant experience, including allowing a late checkout without any extra charges, which was very accommodating. Moreover, owner personally provided valuable local contacts and recommendations, which added immense value to my trip. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Overall, Hotel Dolphin Residency exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and outstanding service, particularly thanks to the owner's warm and hospitable nature.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay! We stayed here for just one night, and our room was clean, spacious, and budget-friendly. The morning view from the balcony was lovely. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to explore, with plenty of veg and non-veg restaurants, street food, and a bus depot nearby. We also enjoyed Kerala’s traditional Kathakali and Kalarippayattu show at Yodha Cultural Village, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the owner, Adv. Jayan, made sure we had a comfortable stay during checkout.

Our family had an excellent and pleasant stay at Dolphin Residency for 3 days in June 2024. The location is well-connected to all major tourist attractions in and around Thekkady and Kumily. The staff are incredibly cooperative and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the interiors were impressive. The affordability of this Residency is a major plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A special thanks to the property Owner for arranging the Kalari show (must visited) and Jeep Safari; both were well-organized and immensely enjoyable. We hope to visit again in the near future. This Residency is highly recommended for families. The only minor drawback is the absence of a lift, but everything else was fantastic. Thank you once again!
