This hotel is located at prime location in the town of Thekaddy. The hotel is a bit old and is not managed well. Reception area is pretty good, but coming to the rooms, they were not clean, toilets and bathroom taps were leaking, doors locks were not operating, no hot water in bathrooms, we had to take help from hotel staff who provided hot water in buckets. The restaurant below just provides average food, nothing great to mention about. Overall not a pleasant stay just opt for this hotel if you don't have any other option available.

This is a place which resembles like a 1 star hotel but if you enter you will be in a face palm situation because of the non maintanence and poor service. Talking about the rooms, it's not hygiene and room service is very bad. There is a restaurant in this place which serves north indian food seems not bad. But you can't expect hygiene and quality of the food. I won't recommend this place for stay.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. The rates are high however they come out with the huge discount that too it depends on the check out time. We can bargain in this hotel. Never tried eating in the restaurant which is located inside the hotel because we couldnt able to see any customers coming and eating in this hotel. So its better to find a nearby restaurant for eating food.

You can get elevator facility in this hotel . market is near to hotel. rooms are clean and cost. well decorated. well restaurant . foods are ok. you can watch Kalaripayattu and the hotel reception will help you to get the ticket .

The experience was very bad and terrible.||||We were a group of n125 guys and they had given us a great package for all in 4 sharing basis. But after reaching there things went haywire! The rooms were descent enough but the service was pathetic. No service boys, no intercoms and to make it worse, no hot water!||||Centrally located in Thekkady, the management can actually bring lots of business if they concetrate on their service. Non communicative staff makes it worse. Will never stay nor recommend this property again.

It's located in the midst of Kumily town. The management is not nice also they are not much responsive. Housekeeping was very poor. Rooms are not clean. The outer look is nice. I felt like a star hotel. But not nice. Rooms are not clean.

It’s a North Indian restaurant. There were not many customers when we visited and they took more time than expected to prepare food. The environment was good but when we go with hunger, this is not the right place
