Hospitality of the staff us commendable. They are truly concerned. The round by the Chef slong with the Supervisor, talks highly about the organization. Food is of good standard. Special compliments to Saji, Shiva, Anoob who personally visited us and showed genuine concern. We would definitely recommended this particular hotel and the chain, to our friends and relatives.|Thanks🙏

Room was really nice and tidy. Food was amazing. Great experience overall.|Eljin was a great help during our stay, made us comfortable during our dining. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. It's also close to Periyar tiger reserve information centre therefore highly recommended if you're travelling to Thekkady.

Rooms are very good. Spacious. Bathrooms are also very good. The welcome herbal tea is refreshing. The receptionist was very friendly. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. For the price we paid, I wish they provided gym and swimming pool. That’s the only disappointment. Other than that we were satisfied.

Delicious traditional style lunch served on a banana leaf - selection of vegetarian and meat dishes. Very friendly, helpful, efficient - great service. Very clean including the toilets. I’d be back on a regular basis if I lived nearby!! Highly recommended

This has been one of the most beautiful experiences that the Keys chain has offered. From a surprise upgrade to a delectable spread of everything that Kerala cuisine has to offer, we left with happy hearts and tummies! The staff was top notch as well.

The rooms are clean, big and the staff is really good. The breakfast spread is really amazing. Loved the overall experience, just a suggestion please use less of the lemon freshener, it's way too much. I almost fell sick of so much fragrance

We've stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Rooms and dining area were good. Decent veg food in dining area. Location of property is great. 10 mins distance to elephant ride and Kathakali show. 2 mins walking distance for boarding point to Periyar lake boating.
