Hotel Himarani International Peermede.||||Me and my family stayed in hotel Himarani 1 day in Jan 20115.It is in Peermede, Kerala.||Hotel is neat . The facilities are standard and rate is resonable for the travellers . Himarani offers continental and Indian spicy food. Hospitality of the staff was very good. ||||Ofcourse the sourrounding natural beauty is very much interesting. The hotel is not much impressive from outside, but the arrangements in the hotel lobby are in a traditional style. The antiques and other furnishing also shows an absolute kerala style. We can enjoy the natures beauty from the room itself. It is really romantic, the very deep back side having a dense forest with a beautiful clear-water stream which is slapping the rocks on its way.||||There was a famous temple of Lord Krishna, very close to the hotel.

We 11 in all, stayed at the hotel for a day while on a visit to Gavi. Rooms have great view to the forest and a stream passing by.Deluxe rooms have a better vision, but at a cost. Rooms, especially the wash rooms were neat and tidy. Three cheers for that. Though our visit was during the dry season, one can very well imagine how awesome it would be on any day after the monsoon. The staff said that if lucky during summer nights , one can witness the sambar deer coming down to the stream for water. The hotel manager Shri. SIbi is thoroughly professional and is ready to offer you tips while planning local sight seeing. The rates are also reasonable. The only glitch was the hotel restaurant was closed for maintenance during our visit. Food had to be arranged from outside, which was slightly expensive. Hospitality was admirable .. Enjoyed the stay.

Stayed in this hotel while returning form Thekkady. The staff are to be admired for their hospitality. They are ready to help at any hour round the clock. The rooms are very spacious and every rooms are river view. They offered complimentry bed coffees. would love to stay in this hotel once more.

This is a nice small hotel with a fantastic view of the small river flowing in the hills just next to this property. The sound of the water flowing down the rocks can be heard in the rooms and the view is very good. Infact this hotel is also on the slope of the small hill. The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was under renovation. The bathroom was too nice place, though the room needs bit of a coat of paint. ||||Next to this is a big temple (devasam board - run by board), there is also a church nearby incase anyone wishes to stay here on a sunday without bothering for the worship to be missed.||||In all it was a nice stay.

This hotel is ok, rooms are big but it's a little dated, opened in 2001. The furnishing are ok, rooms have kitchen and walk in robes, breakfast is typical and ok not too much to rave about but fairly standard by western culture, it's clean and location is good. Best thing I liked was it has its own micro brewery and the beers are excellent and the pool is a great size.

Actually we are not expect a good service when our friends recommended to this in our thekkady trip.but then we decided.. anyway we can try this atleasr one night.But We are totally wrong once we reached in the reception.We got a warn welcome from the staffs.They are very pleasure to understand our needs and helped lot.The rooms were are good.we got a nice balcony room werer we can enjoy a natural waterfalls in 20 mtrs ahead.there was a wild forest view also we can get from the balcony.The rooms well and cleaned. restaurant also super were we get some special kerala food with its real taste.in totality it was beyond our expectations.. thanks guys..

We have booked this hotel as it was showing in Thekkady search results. But beware that this hotel is 35 Kms away from Thekkady which would take almost 1 hour to reach there. Its not suggested if one wants to stay in the hotel and visit sight seeing places in thekkady as its far away from the town. They also cheat us by showing same rooms in 2 floors with no difference but they call it as deluxe (in G floor) & regular rooms (in -1 floor).||The view from this hotel is just ok. ||They mentioned they have a restaurant, but they dont have a restaurant. But they serve food by getting from a nearby hotel but all the food is cooked with coconut oil. unfortunately there are no hotels nearby 8-10 kms radius which serves food cooked with edible oils. So I wont suggest this hotel.

The most Terrible experience in my life.The worst room I have ever Stayed.Very worst rooms than slums. Due to scarcity of rooms and emergency I have stayed in this place (original booking sheet and room photos attached) ||Very smelly and Dirty rooms and bed.Bed bugs and roaches can seen every where. I have paid 1936 Rs for a night in this rubbish room.||From outside its looks so good,inside is very bad
