Hotel Stay and Check-Out Experience Review We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean, and the food was good. Although we barely used room service or other facilities, we appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. However, our check-out experience was unpleasant. When the room service staff came to help with our luggage, they checked the wardrobe, which we hadn’t even touched, and claimed that some hangers were missing. At the reception, we were told that three hangers were initially in the room, but only one remained. We immediately offered to have our luggage checked to clear any doubts. During their internal discussion, we overheard a staff member suggesting, in their native language, to check our baggage. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Eventually, another staff member assured us it was fine and that they trusted us, but the experience left a sour taste. We were never informed about the number of hangers or any other inventory at the time of check-in. It seems unfair to hold guests accountable for missing items without prior transparency. Because of this experience, we are giving a 2-star rating. We recommend future guests to inspect the room upon check-in in the presence of hotel staff and note any items provided to avoid such unpleasant experiences.

Luxurious and spacious hotel, very neat and clean , polite staff. With a balcony with good view. Breakfast was good with grapes juice and fruits included. It is just opposite to periyar forest reserve so it makes easy the ticket booking.

We stayed in hotel for one night we had executive room having balcony and very big room. Hotel is located at good place very near to booking office of Kathakali dance and other activities- walking distance from hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good Service of restaurant staff is nice. People at reception area were very co-operative and soft spoken Recommended for stay

We recently stayed at Periyar midows Thekkady. Room was king size with extra bed provided. Food was average. Allocated room to me was drainage side with other property's washroom view which I don't like. Owner must take a note that customer is not paying for this. Must allot better view room. Big size mosquitos were present. Hotel is accessible to market.

Room light was not working , ask to fix but didn't addressed it. Restaurant cleanliness is major issue, cups are dirty, please change table cloths it's old fashioned now days. Try enhance buffet and elements , u have very nice view and bright , so use it properly . Also request ur house keeping team to speak low in corridor.

We highly recommend Periyar Meadows Hotel for families! Its prime location, opposite Periyar parking, makes it an ideal choice. The hotel's ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the staff's behavior is exceptional - friendly, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Overall, Periyar Meadows Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My hotels rating are based on below points. ⭐ For Hotel Location ⭐ For Room appearance ⭐ For service ⭐ For Food ⭐ For Electronics 1. ⭐ Hotel is located in prime area just opposite to periyar national park and nearby Kalari and Kathakali show. You can easily go there by walk. 2. ⭐ Hotel Room is having good amount of space and clean toilets. Having necessary toiletries. Good point is that it has balcony which I loves the most. 3. ⭐ Hotel service is excellent weather it is room service or restaurant service. Prompt service form hotel staff. 4. ⭐ Food quality is really Good and you get variety of foods. We had breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant. It was excellent. Service at restaurant is also really Good. 5. Star missed here is because of Charging point. You can only get one charging point near bed. Other charging points are away from bed. In the current situation charging points are necessity. Still I can give Half star for Electronics. But Google don't allow us to give half star. So here my rating of 4 ⭐ stands as above and I Definitely recommend the who wants to visit. You will not get disappointed.

Good location and good room size. Best hospitality. Buffet dinner is available for Rs. 500 per person. If you are looking for other food, couple of restaurants and fast food available outside. Within 5min walking distance, you will find marshal arts, magic show location. Be careful about monkeys. I enjoyed this hotel and will recommend it for sure.
