Very pathetic hotel, Pathetic staff, rude behaviour, they are asking for more tarif after online booking. Staff and manager both are very pathetic and rude. Don't go at all.

This is bad “hotel” !! I have to give one star because there is no option for give 0!!! The hotel looks scary prison full of mosquitoes and bugs in the bad!! Very dirty in the toilet was trace of pee 🤢 the reception guy was not welcoming not even say hello fortunately the next day he do little smile and say good morning (that’s was the only thing positive ) also if you close the window you gonna soffocate in the room because AC is not working ,if you open it the mosquitoes gonna literally eat you !!please people save your self don’t go there

Service staff is not good. No hot water. Towels are dirty. Had to ask for a mattress 4 to 5 times ...

A cheap hotel with reasonable charges. Food is good. The hotel staffs are well educated and the hotel interior is designed with antique products. For those who are returning back from Munnar, can use this hotel to stay and take some rest to avoid night drive.

We can not believe in this hotel. Before reaching they cancel our booking and saying there is no water in hotel. While i checked there is water and lying for getting good amount from other customers.

They do not provide the amenities which they showcase on OYO Website. The Classic room looks like a ordinary lodge room. Through OYO rooms they showcase that they give washrooms with bathtubs. Once we check in they say that it's only for suites. This hotel is totally unacceptable and we are absolutely dissatisfied.

Its located in adimaly, so travelers can rest there before get into munnar hills. Rooms - ok Clean and neat -ok Customer servicr-good Toilet - below avg
