OYO Home 18958 Exotic Stay

One of the best Home stay in Munnar. Awesome place. There is a River located nearby. So, it is really a cool place. Located in Pottankadu village, Kunjithanni. Far from Munnar traffic. Hence, you can live peacefully here. Especially, Mr. Binu and his family treated us like their own family. The Breakfast and Dinner provided by them are delicious and healthy. Also, the food cost is very less when compared to hotel and also hygienic. If you have Bike or Car, it would be easy to reach there with the help of Google map. Must visit place at least once. Want to go once again.

It's a very good place to stay and the owner is very humble/friendly to explain the near by places, and also you will get a kind of private water falls within 100 meters to this stay (should be careful). The roads are little steep & place is 14 kilometers away from the Munnar City & for little comfortable food you need to travel back to Kunchitanni (kind of town) where you will get good food, if you are Hindu & non vegitarian specifically ask for Chicken so that they cook separately. Further Details on the Location:- Here there are 4 rooms each room can be accommodate 3 persons, there was an issue with the Hot water but manageable, if food is required you can ask the owner to cook for you with the minimal charge or you can ask to cook yourself as the stay has the separate kitchen as well, also if you need other oil apart form Coconut oil please ask for the same. If you are out from Kerala then you have to plan for the food as in Kerala every where they prefer Coconut oil in all the cooking.

This place has my heart. The family were amazing, welcoming and helpful. Though it is a bit far from main city of Munnar but it's worth the travel. There is no issue regarding food as the family serves you best home made food at a very economical cost and a very awesome tea everytime you ask. There is a nearby beautiful river where you can relax and chill. This place will definitely give you a peace of mind as is away from the hustle and bustle of city. I strongly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the calm of nature.

The Home stay located on Pottankadu hill. There is a River flowing nearby. Mr. Binu and the family treated us well. Food provided by them is awesome. Also he arranged bike for us. The cost very less. Good place for friends, couples and families. Must visit place.

Excellent homestay. We stayed there for one night and enjoyed food server by the hostess. It was awesome. Keep it up

There was no hot water Flush was not working properly Water was not going out properly They gave gud food
