Jungle Jive Tree House Farm Munnar

If you’re looking for a truly authentic and unique place to stay, I can wholeheartedly recommend this. Just staying in a tree house surrounded by a tea plantation would be magical enough, but the experience is made even more special by the incredibly welcoming and helpful family who owns the place. You’re right in the heart of the plantation, surrounded by tea bushes, coffee plants, cardamom, and even a cow and a few goats. It even have a swing! It must be the most charming accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t recommend it enough!

If you're looking for an incredibly authentic experience and want to live like Mowgli from The Jungle Book, high up in a treehouse surrounded by tea plantations, pepper fields, and coffee farms, this is the place for you. Imagine milking your own cow, being immersed in nature, and experiencing life in its purest form. Waking up to the sound of birdsong and the sun peeking through the curtains of your treehouse is a memory you'll treasure forever. This experience is worth far more than five stars. A heartfelt thank you! I hope to return soon and stock up on more of your organic, locally produced spices and fruits. Thank you again—what a dream destination! They even had a swing we absolutely loved, making us feel like kids again, soaring high with emotions and pure joy.

Amazing experience in this place. The tree house is beauitful and authentic. Paulson (owner) was very friendly, attentive to our needs, and helpful. He provided a contact with a jeep that took us to Munnar and the rest of the viewpoints in Kerala. The place is equipped with all our needs and is surrounded by nature that made the whole experience more pleasant. There is also campfire, swing, open area seating on tree house extension. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed during Christmas holidays.. nothing to say, simply we wasted our valuable time.. don't opt this place based on photos of tree house or swing hanged in old tree, which you will feel good only for few mins and you will regret later for sure..

The stay was bad the jungle jive tree house looks good from outside but very badly maintained from inside. The floor mat, bedsheet were not clean. The sink tap in bathroom water was not flowing well. The top sitting area was not cleaned at all that area was only to be seen from far but couldn't go and sit. The stay didn't have any services only owner was available anything requested or asked was not done we had to walk down to owner house multiple times for water also. The drinking water was not clean and they didn't have any bisleri stock. We had to spend a night without any water. When asked for water the owner asked to pick it from any tap telling it was well water and it's drinkable. Had bad experience visited along with family. This place might be ok for bachelors but not for family don't go on the pics mentioned on Google or MakeMyTrip. Complimentary breakfast was mentioned but only dosa was served that also was not sufficient I had to ask multiple times for the food. Expected a lot on the stay but had to just spend as we didn't have any option

If you are searching for a place with great weather, some adventurous stay, a relaxing place to spend your vacation... This is the place i would recommend. Amazing tree house. Beautiful view, and service is absolutely better than any other homestays...and best part, there is huge and long swing in their tea estate you'll love it. They gave us complimentary English breakfast and south Indian breakfast. It was just wow. I would say it's worth it. After working for months and weeks you really need to relax and break from work.....this is it.. just book prior a week and go there....
