Service was very bad, blankets were smelling bad, no extra blankets, only 1 charging plug, no hot water available at night

The security very worst behaviour in our customers today 08/05/24, today morning I go break fast,he asking why and who say come hear,go go don't come room and restaurant like this and give always loose talking for tamil language and bad words,so meany argument and say can't go back from munnar,I will meet the reception person and inform,the person front side also talk, Please the manager see the review reply

The room was very cold. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The view from the window was good. Hot water was a small problem. The on - board restaurant was good, pure veg but the staff was helpful and the food was tasty. It is close to the city center and hence convenient to walk there for any shopping or food. Room 210 is labelled as 504 on the door.

Very poor in managing the room clean & neat. The given clothes like bath towel & bedsheets, blankets were not cleaned properly and smells bad. Though we have asked the manager to replace those but unfortunate they couldn't. Location wise the hotel is very good and at heart of the city Munnar. The food of the restaurant was ok but too high cost compared to other restaurants nearby. Overall the experience was bad and the hotel should improve the quality of the service in terms of managing the rooms well.

One of the best budget hotels in Munnar. The rooms were very clean with all the basic necessities you'd need. The hotel staff are very friendly and their service is good too. The veg food served was tasty.|We booked a super deluxe double bedroom for total of 5 members since that was the only room available, we ordered extra beds. The cost for one night came to Rs.3000.

Hotel is average with good staff and great location, we booked a deluxe double bed - room for 2 people. ||They had their own hotel but we did not try it. Do check out the Guru bhavan hotel very near to the hotel with good food really worth the price.||||Pro's||1) Location.. Location.. Location very near to shopping area and good restaurant's||2) Staff was good in helping with extra blankets and pillow and even providing me a convertor for my mobile.||||Con's||1) The room was really small and we felt overpriced for the amount we paid, the room did not have a fan not that it was required due to the season.||||Overall, it was fine as you will spend most of your time sight-seeing and stay in hotel only for sleep.

We booked at Yatra at the Price of ₹1453 per night. Budget stay i agree with that but if you spend extra 400 rupee per night nearby Hotel's definitely you will get much better stay a basic clean and non smoking stay. We Booked small room unfortunately that room nearby group of student's were noisy so management itself gave us seperate Room in next floor at the Time of Check-in and Day 2 While vacating the room, Bathrooms flushed very good but after we shifted to small room the old room staff asked us did we Dump any unusual things in toilet because water doesn't fulesh after we vacated the room. This is not 1st time we are staying with kids we know our responsibility in Bathrooms. Day 2 night around 7Pm to 9Pm. We couldn't stay inside room neighbour Room Smoking smells very very high inside our room, iam and my wife and 2&half year child suffocating with that smoking smell. Spring in mattress hurts my back bone. Very very hard bed. Bed is like sleeping in wooden bench. Bedsheet is not clean. I guess they were washing only pillow cover and not washing bedsheet cover. Bathroom is clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. Parking space is very limited and poor Entry-Exit you need to wakeup in morning 6AM if need to change your parked car. We can tolerate everything except Smoking and Toilet Enquiry.

During March 28-30, 2019 we stayed in this hotel. For our 3 member family, we booked 3 bedroom over phone itself. Very well maintained 3 bedrooms with clean toilet and 24hrs hot water facility. Car parking is little bit tedious but with help of security we can park. Ambient location, nearby lot of veg and non-veg hotels like sangeetha, gurubhavan and chettinad hotels. All hotels are gud quality food and tastier. Hot drinking water provided in room. Extra bedsheeths and soaps provided. .
