Green Shades Plantation Holidays

Perfect place to visit Munnar. Is super clean inside a very Beautiful landscape. To the city center 15 minutes in tuktuk, 8 km. The food was very nice and with a good price. The family that host IS was super lovely and helpful with us. Absolutely recomendable, super good experience!

Very average rooms and the room service person is very rude..not even the TV in the room works and they are not bothered even after reporting, if it rains the balcony is filled with rain water and there is nothing that you can do inside the stay rather than just sit simply inside the room..the nearby spice farm is their own farm but they collect ₹150 per person for entry and then sell spices and oils at a very high price.. it is also far away from the town and not worth at all

We had an amazing moment at Green Shades ! They we're extremly welcoming, smily and respectfull. Joyce and the Chef Krishan really wanted us to have an amazing moment ! The food was super good and they wanted to make us discover lots of Kerala's specialities! We can feel that they are passionate about taking care of other. You have the feeling to be part of a family. They help us for getting a bus and for exploring Munnar! Thanks to them once again ! The place is great and really quiet ! The garden and the room are just perfect! I really recommand it !!

I spent one night in a room with a small balcony. The place was quiet and tidy, surrounded by well maintained plants and trees. Santosh, the guy who managed my stay, was very nice and went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. A really nice and gentle person.

Had a lovely three night stay at Greenshades. Santosh was so lovely and made sure we had a comfortable time. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit served from the grounds and coffee. There is nothing really within walking distance but between TukTuk and Taxi’s there is a lot to do locally. That does mean it’s very peaceful and I would definitely return in the future.

Very bad experience, they had option to book through booking.com with no option to pay an advance. On the day of arrival , few hours before arrival they gave a message in WhatsApp saying my booking is cancelled People can imagine the situation where you are left without an option with family and kids half way in road with out an accommodation. Was an excellent hospitality experience added below the what’s app chat with never care customer mindset.
