Casa Montana Munnar

The stay was really good. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the facilities were worth the price. The location is right at the entry of Munnar, making it easy to reach all main spots while staying away from the busy town area. The food was good, and there are nice restaurants nearby. The Lakshmi Estate route is also close by and quite scenic. Overall, a comfortable stay with great views, especially from the Presidential Suite.

People says the hotel is good but I don’t feels it’s right. Find my review below, 1. Rooms - Rooms are good but not worth for its cost. Night time hot water is not coming. Floor is shaking when we walk. Added video for that. 2. Room Service and staff behaviour - Totally disappointed. Staffs are not good and if we ask anything they not ready to provide any service. 3. Breaks fast- I totally disappointed in breaks fast. No items are there, they expected to ask all the items. Also I can see the cockroaches in each dishes. When I report this to staff they took not serious. Added photos in this review. 4. Overall I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor service and poor staff mindset.

The staff were polite, professional, and followed all the guidelines for cleanliness and safety, which made us feel comfortable and cared for.The atmosphere was just perfect for couples peaceful, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a warm, relaxing vibe. We especially loved how calm and romantic the surroundings felt, making it a great escape from our daily routine. Whether it was the service, the ambiance, or the attention to detail, everything was impressive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other couples looking for a safe and memorable time together.

We were totally 21 members from Chennai All Senior Citizens from Chennai and Stayed here for 3 days.All had an Excellent Stay and Breakfast Provided Was delicious. The Rooms with the Amenities were Very Good. Special thanks to Sri.Avineesh and his team who were Very Coperative in all aspects.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location, service, rooms were all great. Breakfast was good, there was hot water at all times, and the location is extremely convenient. The manager Victor was very helpful and Arya provided really to notch service, she was really warm and friendly We got this at a decent rate as well. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again

Nice cozy stay. Location is great and so are the rooms. Only concern is less options available for vegetarian people in the menu. Still would give 5 star for the location and cozy rooms.
