The Silvertips Munnar

It was a great stay here. I came here with my family. I really loved the room as it was neat and clean and so was the washroom. The service was good and the food was amazing. It's an odd theme but luckily it works. Overall it was a great experience!

The only word anyone who came on this trip with me would describe this hotel as is ‘dismal’. While the rooms are comfortable and the view bearable, the treatment towards guests is not only pathetic but also disrespectful. This hotel seems to have perfected the art of snubbing its patrons as they attempt to enjoy their visit to such a scenic town. Simply because of our age, my friends and i were not only discriminated against, but also treated like the scum of the earth by the hotel staff. With all due respect, this hotel needs to learn a lesson in basic manners and train their employees in hospitality as even a third grader would know to treat people better.

Came with my school (its was a school trip) Food was not so great. Do not like the flickering lights and the lights going out every 20 mins. View was decent. The room doors only lock from the inside so u can open the door when unlocked from indoor

The room was very small and cramped. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. There weren't enough towels, shampoos, or shower gels provided. The almira (wardrobe) had a bad odor. The worst part: the doors didn’t lock, which made us feel unsafe and violated our privacy as students. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

Excellent hotel and rooms.tasty food. Many food options .fast service. cooperative staff. beautiful location. ample parking space. market is nearby. Decorative ambiance.

I am very happy with the service at Silver Tips. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Amar Ganapati, one of the night shift staff, who was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me and my friend so well. The rooms were beautiful, and the food was also excellent.

The hotel experience was totally good and food was good to but the manager named amran was behaving rudely and not providing service properly we asked for some hot water at night they where not giving and arguing with us in any 4 star hotel they provide hot water at any time but in these they won't ig they provide tho they will say no the manager at night time named amran is so rude in behaviour so pls avoid these kind guy over there

Amazing 4 star hotel we stayed in Munnar. The next day we stayed in the opposite Red sparrow hotel which is pathetic. Good for Silver tips, it has a wonderful room service and amazing rooms.
