I had a fantastic stay at BELL MOUNT Hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the housekeeping was excellent. The dining options were delicious, and the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommend for a memorable stay! And Mr Nair deserves 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ he’s a good man as well

Rooms are overpriced. Cushions were stinky. The complaint didn't make any difference. House keeping was skipped on second day. Room service is good. Stay is comfortable. Staff behaviour was good. Breakfast spread was wide and the quality of food too. Location is good.

Well furnished and neat and clean rooms. Rooms are well ventilated with a balcony. Service is also better. It is located just to the city road so little outside noise is expected if you get a front side room. It is located little away from the main market so very limited shops and restaurants are available nearby. Food is good. Mr. Nair is a very good person and takes care of everyone in their restaurant.

Very bad services. Please do not waste time to book this one instead book any nearby better hotels. We had the worst staying experience here especially when we were travelling with our 9 months old baby. Not at all worth it it's not even a 2 star hotel, If there would have been negative stars I would have given it to this hotel, worst management only the security guard was helpful rest all were really bad.

The rooms are exceptionally good for the price (not to forget the views that each room has to offer). The food at the restaurant was delicious. We had all our meals there and all of them were wonderful. Mr. Nair was especially cheerful and helpful with everything needed. Overall a great experience.

This is a review for the restaurant. Worst food of Life. As suggested by our cab driver we have opted to have our dinner at Bellmount. My wife ordered butter chicken, which was sweet in taste as we enquired They said they have added sugar in the curry. Rotis are so dry that it was like Papad. No taste to any of the food. Apparently that was the reason there were not much crowd even at peak time. Please avoid it & try alternative option.

The hotel had clean and well furnished rooms. Tasty and hygienic food. We had all our meals at the restaurant. Mr. Nair was very cooperative, humble, cheerfuland helpful. He catered to all demands for breakfas, lunch and dinner. The service of the restaurant was good. Overall had an excellent and a memorable experience at Bellmount. Would like to visit it again!!!

This resorts location is beautiful. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. Specially thanks to Mr. Nayar restorant manager. Very good person and nice service provided by him and his team.
