The hotel’s location is perfect—close to hilly area with a nice view. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay special. I truly felt like a valued guest. Highly recommend for all.

We stayed in this hotel last two days, the stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful from the room the view was awesome.The room clean and neat the food was deliesoues. They arranged cab for sightseeing it was wonderful trip. The manager mansur ali was so helpful

Samrudhi restaurant experience was really great. At hill’s view stay the rooms were spacious and awesome. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff here is very friendly. The service was good. Especially the staff member Menuka was sweet and made us feel welcomed. I would recommend Hills view to everyone who visits Munnar.

Hot water timings only 6-10 Even in between 6-10. Hot water not available at all in the mornings when others are using it (too many people using hot water then you get freezing water). I ended up going to another resort at the end to just take a hot water bath. Breakfast buffet, plates were being taken even when we were in the middle of the breakfast with the people catering commenting on whether we are sleepy or not. And then they started telling us that they have a lunch party coming in. Why are we as guests supposed to finish breakfast in a hurry for some other guests that too at 9:40 am Room service made multiple mistakes in sending orders to the wrong rooms despite being clear while ordering, (we had booked two rooms) The service left too much to be desired for. The only good part is the huge airy rooms with amazing view and the food which was good (not extremely spicy). The gym wasn’t operational. Honestly for the same price you can get better hotels with functional hot water, and more polite restaurant staff and better room service.

Eight of us had a splendid lunch at the Surabhi Restaurant. The food was excellent. The service was great. Robin who took care of us did a wonderful service. We strongly recommend this hotel and restaurant to all visitors coming to Munnar

I stayed in a hill view room. The room and washroom were both clean and well-maintained. However, the walls aren't soundproof, so I could occasionally hear conversations from nearby rooms, which was a bit distracting. The free breakfast menu could use some improvement. I would suggest adding options like dosa and egg omelette available upon request. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few small adjustments would make it even better!
