Cloud Five Munnar

Online booking options showing on Google maps are not real, owners do not seem bothered about that though and instead just say the hotel is full except for the expensive rooms and do not apologise for the scam booking (that requires card details!!!). Definitely a scam. Shame as otherwise it looks a good place.

A decent and pleasant home stay for A DAY only. No kitchen. No complimentary breakfast. No coffee or tea kit kinda things. So tariff is high for this stay. Not worth for staying for longer days. Its a Perfect location to stay in the center of Munnar town and every facility is just a few minutes walk away. Rooms were spacious with all modern amenities and very clean. Room service was excellent. A well maintained beautiful garden is really a provides happiness to the entire vibes. Staff was very polite and well mannered.

Not worth the price at all. Think twice before booking here. Not at all recommended. No kitchen. No breakfast, tea 😡😱 Even drinking water needs to be purchased 🤬😡☹️.. @Owner - please be available, so that guests can approach you if required. Owner is too rude to even talk on phone to guest for any request

Excellent. The caretaker is very nice. Beautiful location. Peaceful. Rooms are amazing. The bathroom is also very nice. Front room WiFi works very slow. They don't have kitchen. Best rooms i must say.

It is in the center of Munnar and every facility is just a few minutes walk way. We were 4 families in this trip so booked the entire property. The person who maintains this property is humble and approachable. We were fine to not to stay too far just for the landscape views so this property was perfect for us for our 3 day trip.

Kumar, many thanks for the positive interaction the phone when we rang to enquire about bookings. You met us so graciously and we’re extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat… Maharani was great 😄 The rooms in the hotel are clean and comfortable. If only they could be warmer 😄 Perfectly located for exploring Munnar town.

My husband and I stayed at Cloud Five for a couple of days in September 2023. Very neat and clean, the only down side about the room was the lack of hot water and any form of heating / warmer duvets. Apart from that, Kumar the manager ensured we lacked for nothing ... his pleasant demeanour and very helpful manner made us feel instantly at home. Cloud Five is located walking distance from the main road ... yet, it is quiet and one has an undisturbed stay and night's sleep. Kumar, many thanks for your restaurant suggestions and your kind hospitality.

Cleanliness is next to godliness is an example for this stay. Rooms were neat and clean with 5 star type. Staff was friendly and polite and hospitality was 👍... Just a concern that room tariff was highly priced. Request to lower the price a bit.
