rooms are neat, clean, well-maintained, with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff are helpful, polite, responsive. Requests (room service, early check-in, support) are generally handled well Many feel the hotel gives good value. Comfortable stay + decent amenities + good food / breakfast are commonly mentioned as making the cost reasonable.

It was located at the main road and can be easily accessible. Have limited parking space in front and have ample parking space at the basement.. rooms are good neat and clean washroom. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast has limited items but the taste was good.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. What made the experience even better was the live cooking,they prepared everything fresh right after we ordered. It added such a special touch to the meal. The flavors were authentic, and the presentation was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys fresh, live cooked food.

Overall very good ambience.friendly and polite staff especially front office staff.family coming to stay here I recomemd to park in front and access through friend door because ground floor parking is the way to bar.i stayed in suit room which was really spacious and clean.i loved the food prepared by them especially Kottayam style beef fry made by Malayalee shef.it was very delicious .very close to Sabine hospital.overall my experience was very good.some small small issues but they have sorted it for me.

Poor service.. It took almost 45+ mins since we ordered food.. we need to remind them continuously. Less attentive staff. Uncooked meat. Half cooked potatos etc.. This was what we got after the launch ng waiting. The bad thing is that a staff is not at all bothered about customers and over asking things which created irritating sense.. Total bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend guys.

Extremely unpleasant experience,first, the reception staff is inconsiderate to the customer,the air conditioner has been broken several times, but no one has taken notice,the bed linens are not cleaned, the restaurant is awful, the food server must want to enter, I order two bottles of water, they try to enter the room and search everywhere. Very filthy, I won't suggest this hotel because I believe it simply advertises the bar.

It's about their food thru zomato...It's just worthless ..Tasteless ...After repeat request dey can't even provide sambar with there 250 rs meal..Arrogant staff..Coz tried call dem and ask about the food..Reply was 🤣🤣🤣....sadak chaap food in 3 star...
