Hotel Royal Wings

I had a very disappointing experience at Kochi Royal Wings. The staff were not professional or welcoming. Basic amenities were missing — no drinking water was provided, and the AC remote was not available in the room. I expected much better for the price paid. Not recommended unless service standards are improved.

So pathetic, u hygiene bathroom, bad smell from in bathroom, unprofessional staff, over tariff. Worst experience ever I had in a hotel not suggesting for anyone. Maintenance works are going on so noise they are drilling on third floor so we can’t tolerate the noise while we are on resting. All in all bad experience

The rooms are well-appointed, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff are courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home. Hotel Royal Wings offers great value for money, combining affordability with high standards. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Wing's! The room was neat and clean, and it was evident that both the room and bathroom were well-maintained. I appreciated the consistent availability of room service. A special mention to Mr. Sajeer at the front office, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel's prime location near the airport is a huge plus, making it easy and convenient for travel. On top of all this, the rates are very affordable. Definitely one of the best hotel options near the airport

Single non ac room available at 1000rs perday in 3rd floor.. Nothing 👉 lift,small soap, towell,waste box, even drinkingwater😡. Room boy service not available our own time 👉no phone in room for connecting reception. night time lot of mosquito's ... Bad/sad day..

Beware of Hotel Royal Wings - A Disastrous Experience! I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Royal Wings, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The level of disappointment and frustration I experienced during my stay is beyond words. If you're considering booking a room here, I strongly advise you to think twice and explore other options. Let me share my horrendous experience with you. Firstly, the hotel management had the audacity to charge us extra for our three-day stay. When we initially made the booking, we had agreed upon a specific cost, which we thought was reasonable. However, upon checking out, we were taken aback by the exorbitant bill they presented us with. It was double the amount we had originally agreed upon! Talk about deception and trickery. But that wasn't the end of it. The dining area in this so-called "luxury" hotel was another trap. We were informed upon arrival that dining at the hotel would come at an additional cost. Now, I understand that some hotels charge separately for meals, but the prices they demanded were simply outrageous. The food quality was subpar, and the limited options didn't justify the hefty price tag they attached to it. It felt like we were being robbed with every bite we took. What infuriated me even more was the behavior of the hotel owner. He was nothing short of a pathetic person who lacked any sense of integrity. Initially, he seemed friendly and accommodating, but when it came time to settle the bill, he conveniently forgot our agreed-upon rate and insisted on charging us double. His dishonesty and lack of professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth, and I felt completely cheated. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Royal Wings. Their pricing practices are deceptive and exploitative, and the quality of service and amenities does not justify the exorbitant costs they impose. Moreover, the owner's dishonesty and unprofessional behavior only add insult to injury. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable and reliable hotel in the area. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

We came here to drop our parents in the morning flight. I chose this hotel before two year and now its improved a lot. Staffs were very friendly and helpful (smiley too). Their kitchen and Reaturent improved a lot. I would say this is the only one or one of the budget hotel that keeps some standard to their service. Their Phone booking is genuine and working very well. ||||I will come back here... Free airport drop is additional compliment.
