The stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for sightseeing and hotel staff made me feel at home.Rooms were clean and nice smell in it. Fast Wi-FI and room facilities were excellent. I highly recommended this hotel.

They demanded additional money to make use of the AC facility, even though the total amount was paid online. When asked they told it's just hotel policy which is quite unprofessional. It felt like getting scammed. Neither will we visit this place again nor will we suggest it to our family and friends!!

We visited this hotel earlier this year, and we had a tragic experience. Here are a few points I want to mention: Firstly, there are no staff members available to assist you with anything you need; you have to go to the reception for all services. The room was not clean, and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The staff's rude behaviour made us feel like we were the inconvenience rather than the customers. Additionally, the location is very far from Kochi; while it is near the airport, it is not close to the city. If you plan to visit Kochi and the nearby places, this is not the ideal spot. The hotel lacks restaurant facilities, so for food or tea, you have to go outside. I believe this hotel does not deserve a rating higher than two stars anywhere. If it has a higher rating, it may be due to customer pressure to provide favourable reviews. We booked at the last minute because our other reservation was cancelled. If you pay more than 1200 rupees, I would not suggest this hotel; it is a typical two-star hotel.||We requested water at 11 PM, but they informed us that they don't have any as the store closed. We also learned that there is no mineral water available throughout the hotel where we can fill our water bottle.||After I checked out of the hotel, they called and accused us of stealing a hot water mug. Fortunately, my friends, who were still at the hotel, verified the room and found the mug there. They informed the reception about it, and the hotel staff then apologized to me. It's important to be careful, as they might mistakenly charge you for something you didn't take.

After reaching the hotel while checking in they ask for additional money for Ac INR 200-400 approx even after booking online for INR 1494.5 via YATRA.com...This is fraud.

Review of Hotel Airport Avenue Plaza, Cochin, Kerala, India: Room standards were substandard. Toilet facilities were inadequate. Room 212 contained stained and torn bedsheets. A request for drinking water at night was met with a suggestion to purchase bottled water, despite the availability of a water filter with potable water, as discovered the following morning. Breakfast quality was poor and served cold. Reception staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. Overall, I would rate Hotel Airport Avenue Plaza a 5 out of 10.
