Forest Glade

Our stay at the hotel was more than awesome! Right from the welcome drink, to the spacious rooms, to the courteous staff, everything was great. The hotel restaurant has a wide variety of items in its menu. It has an outdoor seating with Valley view. Our room had an attached private garden also. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants a peaceful place to stay.

Stayed for 2 nights 2 days ago. Saw the poor review on here just now and felt duty bound to say how delighted I was to stay here. Loved it. New hotel finished to a high standard. Great views, tidy modern rooms. Unbelievably friendly staff. The manager Prince could not have been more helpful. Snacks and drinks in the rooms at the same price as the local shops. Best of all, the food!!! Best I've had in Kerala, and it's all been good on this trip. And good value. With regards to the review complaining about road noise. This is a mountain area, all the hotels are right next to the road. Indians like to toot their horns! Quiet from 9pm to 7am. Such a shame to see a 1 star review.

Chose this hotel after seeing the pictures and the reviews of fellow couple travellers. Was not disappointed one bit. The room had a luxurious feel to it with the balcony having a private hot tub with a foggy view of Kerala greenery. The breakfast was great with multiple options and a had an outdoor seating as well with the same view. The hotel was so nice that we extended our stay for another day just to enjoy it.

Amenities and services are really good. The view from premium valley view room is awesome. The jacuzzi in the balcony is a cherry in the cake. Food is really good in the cafe. People are friendly in this place. Temperature is a bit high in this place compared to Munnar town, but it's conducive.

Exceeding expectations Stayed here for 2 days and I already regret for not staying more long....this was my only experience in life where I was happy from start to end... The hotel location is awesome. Very easily accessible and the views are magnificent. The staff was extremely professional right from room service, reception, security, restaurant and just everyone else. Mr. Prince the manger went beyond his way to make sure my stay was complaint free and beyond my expectations. The room was immaculate and very well equipped. I am definitely going back here whenever I visit munnar.

This hotel is a fantastic place to spend your vacation at Munnar.At the finest location you can imagine and breathtaking views of tree plantations and forests from the Premium Valley view room which also includes a open jacuzzi in the balcony in which you can enjoy a hot water jacuzzi for relaxation with wonderful views from the balcony. Overall a nice stay with helpful staff, good in room services and tasty complimentary breakfast.

Good staff, good food, good place. It is one of the very first resorts in Munnar which are on your way when you are travelling from Adimali to Munnar. It is positioned before reaching the Munnar town and situated at the top of a cliff. The view from the rooms are very beautiful, especially the early morning views. The view will be better if there are fog in the atmosphere. Since it is close to the town, you can always visit the town for any purchases of local spices like the different kinds of tea, herbs, pepper etc. or visiting any nearby attractions.

Well, this place will always be a winner for the location, hospitality, food and cleanliness of the rooms. So, this place will always get thumbs up from me. Edit: My second time experience was not even good. 1. It highly lacked the energy 2. The beds were uncomfortable and the bed sheets were of cheap quality and smelly too 3. The bathrooms weren't clean either 4. They had even removed the stylish knitted chairs from the garden area and put cheap plastic chairs, making your good mood tossed up in the air. 5. The wifi never worked even after walking to admin desk several times 6. The TVs in the both the rooms didn't work because of 'nonpayment' We paid close to 7K per room a night, but all the above said things made me feel that's a mistake. Hope they improve their service, consistency and cleanliness. Wouldn't book it again.
