don’t take room please. bad service bad room , no hot water no wifi , no clean , its a irresponsible guys are in reception. bad experience. bed sheets are not washed. room also not cleaned

A great place to stay in the lap of nature. The backside view from this hotel is great. You will definitely enjoy your morning tea sitting in the balcony and witnessing the lovely tea gardens spread all over. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean with all basic amenities like hot & cold water. The hotel provide room service but the eating options are limited around this place. Recommend this place as a budget stay option for family and friends.

We had booked another place, but had to stay here because of the non availability of rooms. The room was very below average. Not clean with a dusty floor and stained washroom. They didn't even provide a towel or bath soap. The place is not even worth 500 rupees. They charged 1800 for single night. The only good thing is the courteous attitude of the staff.

Its a haunted and scammer lodge. It is a Request to read this review in full Guy name Surya is the owner is a biggest fraud of all they have a scammer group of tamil people including the guide they hire or Jeep Safari. They are the biggest scammers and fraud of all time restrict yourself from staying here. At first they will give less rate you find it very cheap to stay and you will agree the next day somebody unknown will be at your door asking again for tariff which you already paid and if you don't do that they have 7-9 guys standing right in front of you for a fight. there is no help from cops or from tourism helpline. Not just that unclean lizards and spider webs unhygienic of all. Itching will start once you sleep a night in Bed. moreover it is haunted you won't find comfortable at night somebody will knock your door or you will hear voices of laugh. Be aware.

Very poor service... Room and and who's sitting in the reception guys behaviour is very worst... Not to recommend at all... Go to another hotels who's giving the proper response and respect to the customers. 1. Rude behaviour 2. No room and toilet maintenance 3. TV not working and no cable or dish 4. wifi not working 5. No hot water facility Over all very very worst...

Good hospitality, nice location , nearby eatables. Big rooms , value for money. Owner is very generous gives discounts also n house keeping staff does excellent work. All persons r very polite.

The host was just wonderful! Find us a place to eat and even took us. Tasty breakfast:omlette, toste, watermelon and jam with tea. Basic but clean room. It is highly recommended!

It was a pleasant and refreshing stay at Tower Inn. ||This hotel overlooks the tea plantation with a great view and a modern room. ||Caleaning needs to be considered as top priority.||Overall it was good experience with appreciable hospitality.
