Beautiful experience, beautiful property and location. Rooms offer you valley and Mountain View. The food is very tasty. One should definitely experience spa in this hotel. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel. When visiting Munnar, one should stay at this place.

Really nice place. There was a mud slide and therefore the road leading to it was bad. We almost thought Google maps was taking us to some wrong place. However, once got there it was a fantastic place. Welcome including the drink and snack was nice. The room was large and well kept. Went for an oil massage that was nice and relaxing. Went to the restaurant for dinner and the Chinese cuisine was good. The breakfast that was included was also nice. They give you cycles for free to roam around. Newspapers are available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just enjoyed the short trip primarily because our stay was nice.

It was a great hotel surrounded by scenic beauty little isolated from munnar center. The valley view is splendid and view is breathtaking after dark and early morning sunshine. Food is really nice with reasonable price. Buffet breakfast has nice spread with (South/Continental) dishes. Staff were really courteous helpful and very polite. Spa is must try which gives you much relaxation. Valley view room cost is higher but you can negotiate and it is subject to availability. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Everything was just perfect.

Hotel is good for family guests. Restaurant is nice. Food served is clean and tasty. Staff members and security are helpful and polite and don't demand tip. Valley view rooms are better than hill view rooms. Approach road to the hotel is in a very bad condition and KSEB is supposed to repair it. Hotel can't. Possibility of landslide at the parking area. A few vehicles were destroyed a few months ago due to landslide there. In all, a feel-good hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and food is good. Only problem we faced was the rooms were not well ventilated. No AC in rooms. We stayed at the valley view room. The scenery is priceless indeed. Saw the sun rise from my room's balcony. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Location is very beautiful. Internal road to the hotel should be improved.

Great place to Stay in Munnar - very modern and clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. All the photos posted on the hotel's site are spot on. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was that the rooms that we stayed in didn't have their own AC/heating options - something all high end hotels should have by default.

Plum Judy is a great hotel. You are gonna love the interiors. A variety of rooms and suites are available which makes it difficult to make a choice at once. Balcony of each and every room has a very different and beautiful view. Service is very prompt. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning is done everyday. You can display on door if you need cleaning or if you are on DND. Restaurant is also awesome. Everything we ordered was delicious and was served quickly. Buffet breakfast complimentary with stay. The only disadvantage is that it's located at very top and roads are not proper. At least they were not proper when we visited, due to floods as told by staff. Overall the stay was great. 5/5. Thanks plum judy for making it memorable.

Probably one of the best places to stay in Munnar. Visited this property back in 2018, so there might be a few changes by now. The product was good and we had a good room with a view of the tea estate and the valley. I'd give it a 5 star, but the food that we ordered from in room dining was delayed by more than an hour. No flexibility on early check ins or late check outs. The breakfast spread was good. Getting to this property is a bit of a hassle as the roads are narrow and not in good shape for about 600-700mts, again, this was in 2018 before the floods.
