Excellent hospitality and the service support from the management. Felt absolutely memorable stay. The view from the room was breath taking. ||Loved every part of the stay and the restaurant service were great. Thanks to front desk team Asmeena, Sumesh, Mala, Bivin and Jinu were very helpful and the Restro. staff Saya and Saravanan were also very nice and generous.||Overall a great experience. The view from both the rooms was amazing with a beautiful chilly riverside. The hospitality was great with the help of very kind staff.. bivin,asmeena,jinu. Awesome locality. The rooms were super clean and excellent. The activity area during the evenings with the activity crew and staff Mala was great as we spent most of our time as a family there. Truly entertaining.

Resort location and view is excellent, from balcony we could see river with good water flow. Pleasant nature sounds. Nature beauty at peaks. Hospitality excellent, reception staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, each one does great job. It’s a joy to spend time around with high with this high quality staff and place. Reception staff Mala and team excellent.

People at Karma really took great care from the beginning till check out. The view was really good and well maintained. So friendly and hospitality was really great. We came here for the birthday and people who worked on that day really took it so serious and helped with each and every part of it. Asmeena, Bivin and Sumeesh greeted us very well while check in and guided us throughout the trip. We really enjoyed staying here and we wish our entire journey to be planed with Karma. And to mention the activity conducted by Mala, it was so great and it was something that united the guests and we really had a great time. May be people here really needed a proper recognition for the work they do. Just a suggestion to help them keep motivated in what they do. And to conclude everything was perfect, just keep up on what ever ur doing now. Thank you!!!

we are first time. property is very good Reception is excellent. We have been welcomed in a traditional manner with garland, hot tea. Room was ready before we arrive.||Inside the room interior is very good. AC condition is good. Amenities are up to the Karma standards.||Almost all the staff are very helpful Especially, Mala, the activities co-ordinator is so helpful she so energetic. we attend 3 days we enjoyed lots her activities. it was so intresting..keep it up mala. thank you asmeena,and sumesh they are always ready to help us.|| Food is very good |thankyou restaurant team..saravanan,sible,saiboona,wangsa,jerrin. than you karma for the lovely stay..✨

The welcome to the resort was heartwarming and the pleasant behaviour of the receptionist Ms. Asmina who briefed about the facilities available in the resort was very good. All the facilities available in the resort were very good especially the Three monkey club, the swimming pool etc. the restaurant service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and cordial especially Mr. Sumesh , Ms.Navya, Ms. Mala & Mr. Jinu who supported and responded to all the requirements made by us. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and stay at Krma Munnar which will remain in our memories throughout my life.

I am member of Karma Group from last 2 years. This property was far away from the main city but had great views and decent rooms as well. We got both the rooms on 2nd floor, and the best view was blocked due the roof for both the rooms. Hope we will get the good view room next time. Also the veg options were very limited, and no restaurants nearby. So we please request to add more vegetarian options and improvise the taste. The service and cleanliness was good.

All staff members are very warm, cordial and helpful, to name a few Asmeena, Saiboona. Location of the resort is excellent. We will definitely like to visit again.
