OYO SOUPARNIKA RESIDENCY

I booked an AC room in Pathanamthitta at SOUPARNIKA RESIDENCY and was thoroughly impressed. The room was not only cool and comfortable but also very clean. It had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a spacious bathroom. For the price, it’s a fantastic deal. The service was also great, with staff available 24/7 for any assistance. Definitely, the best option for budget-conscious travelers.

Worst experience from a stay I've ever had , the morning staffs are okay and helpful but still had to wait a while cause they had no idea if we had booked or not and took a while to give us the rooms . The evening staff is the worst , an old guy with no manners knocked on the door along with some people to ask if we were their friends at 11:30 midnight. And when we asked if he doesn't know how to check register to see who is in the room , he said he doesn't know how to check register and started shouting. Why is he kept as a staff if he doesn't know his job . He was acting like a drunkard, so mannerless.

Worst ever Front desk they don't even know about the bookings and they call some other man to talk about that. Also there is no Generator backup. Lift also doesn't work. Also there is no one at the reception in the night. No hot water, towel or toiletries.

Rooms were excellent. No staff at night. Google maps location is showing a few meters away from the actual location.
