Great Stay with Excellent Hospitality! A beautiful hotel in a great location, with clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms—just what we needed for a comfortable stay. A big thank you to Mr. John, the Operations Manager! When we checked into our room, the AC had a technical issue, and he personally came with the engineering team to check it. He also did his best to arrange a room on the same floor as my parents, which I really appreciated. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and a special shoutout to the breakfast service team—one of the servers (wish I caught his name) was exceptionally courteous and hospitable. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful service and warm hospitality!

Most items shown in the menu were not available and had to wait for ages to get food. After ordering also they were requesting whether we could change some ordered items citing the possibility of further delay. The person who took the orders even forgot two items. The portion sizes also seemed to be smaller than other restaurants. The food quality was ok. Other than the ambience it will be a good training ground for your patience. Didnot stay there.Hence no idea regarding the rooms.

Our recent family stay at The Terrace Hotel in Trivandrum, spanning 4 nights 5 days, was an exceptionally peaceful and pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's ambience, a welcome from the city's bustle. The hotel is cleanly maintained throughout, reflecting a high standard of hygiene and care. Our room was immaculate, and the common areas were equally well-kept. The staff truly made our stay peaceful and memorable. The friendly front desk personnel were efficient and welcoming, addressing any queries with a smile. The security staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a safe environment. The room service was prompt and courteous, fulfilling requests with ease. The restaurant ambience was exceptional and the room service was very quick and courteous. While the breakfast menu might be considered standard, the food was consistently delicious and satisfying. A good start to each day. Rather than just a bed, they also provided an extra cot and bed for us which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is at the center of the city with easy access to nearby places by walk or auto rickshaw ranging within 30 to 60 rupees to nearby places and restaurants. It was really easier for us to avoid parking hassle in many sight seeing places. Just 5 mins away from the famous Sri Padmanabha swamy and 3 mins away from Aatukal Bhagavathy Amman temple. Though limited parking slots, (approximate 10 ) Car parking was manageable, which is a significant plus in a city like Trivandrum. Overall, The Terrace Hotel provided an excellent experience, offering a quiet and comfortable haven. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-maintained hotel in Trivandrum.

Excellent stay, neat and clean rooms. Service is fast and guys are very polite. People in Reception are very nice and helpful. Hotel has restaurant. It is also near by to multiple restaurants (1 km) and temple (2.5kms). Breakfast Buffet is decent. But timings are followed strictly. They add additional charge to kid (above 10 years) even if you add kid in booking. Overall recommend 👍

Stayed for one night with family in December 2024, very near to bus station, railway station and temple, budget friendly, staff is cooperative, nice and clean room. Complementary breakfast and food served by the restaurant was tasty. I asked for 1 day cab to visit Jatayu earth center and Varkala beach, they arranged it immediately. Overall comfortable and delightful stay.

Here I have bitter experience with Terrace hotel . We checked in at 7pm in the evening and we were given room which has Leaky drainage bathroom , terribly bad smell was coming after using bathroom , we were told for room change but haven't but they cleaned the bathroom , still terrible smell was coming . We were in the same room all night . Bed was unclean and uncomfortable to sleep . Next day morning we were given another room in different floor as our stay us only 14 hours ( 7 pm to 9 am ) we had to again take the pain of moving all our stuff to new room which wasted an hour time n got delayed for that day trip. Breakfast was very good and fresh atleast . Plumbing work Staff had responded promptly but couldn't solve our problem and was terrible experience.

Pros 1. Spacious rooms and bathroom 2. Very good storage space 3. Nearby veg restaurants 4. Nearby temple, railway station and prepaid auto stand 5. Friendly staff Cons 1. No fan, only AC 2. Restaurant staff need more training, the girl serving spilt tea on the table and saucer and to our surprise kept a packet of sugar on the same saucer filled with tea. 3. Staff at reception need more training, while I was checking out, the staff assumed that I had to pay extra late payment charges without verification. Overall a great stay, staff seem new to hospitality industry and could use more guidance.
