My experience at Jas was extremely disappointing. The receptionist's behavior was quite unprofessional, and the room quality was poor, suggesting it was an old building. Here are the specific issues I encountered: The lift was not working. The shower was not functioning. The fan was filled with dust. The washroom was unclean and damaged. The room had a bad smell. After checking in and noticing these problems, I requested a different room. Unfortunately, the same issues were present in the new room as well. Eventually, the service team cleaned the room and the washroom, but the initial experience left a lot to be desired. If you are considering booking this hotel, please be prepared for lower quality rooms

I was stranded in Goa looking for Morjim but after got off the bus walking and walking until got to places where I got a cup of ginger masala tea, then people next to it helped me to get this place 😅 So that's how I found Jas Hotel By the way the room is nice and clean, also nice owner

This place is ok, if a little run down for what you pay. We stayed here as we were struggling to find a room in the town, but if you're planning in advance you'll probably be able to find somewhere better for the price. The location is pretty good and close to the train station, but for over 1000 rupees I'd have expected it to be better maintained. Bathroom was a bit dingy and the walls were a little bit grubby. Nice fishtank in the reception, if you like that kind of thing.

One of the Ok kind of Hotel. Which seems to be lost its charm during Covid time. Rooms are in very age old condition with absolutely no maintenance apart from replacing the Lenin. No food court!! No Hot water!! Location is the only ideal very close to Central railway and bus stand.

Location is great but that's about it! We got a room with most fittings broken. Washbasin was cracked and the WC had neither a hygiene faucet not toilet rolls. The room had been cleaned a few days back, was smelling musty, and a fine layer of dust had accumulated. Despite requesting they avoided a cleaning task for the day, doing it only the following day as part of their routine. And the price was atrocious! You may want to consider if they offer you rooms at around Rs 500! Or if you simply have no other option! Else Avoid!

I had reserved 12 rooms in this hotel for 26th November for our friends. Out side appearance of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are moderate . But service is not upto mark. 14" TV is provided . But no remote. Only boys can operate. No blankets., no water even at cost. We occupied the rooms at 4-00 pm. the managert asked us to keep all the luggage in five rooms and to vacate the rest 7 rooms as there was demand. It is very bad towards the customers. When we said no, he came out with his rule if we don't vacate the rroms by 12-00 noon exactly we will be charged for another day . It is a kind of black mail. As we didn't want to controverse we kept two rooms and vacated all the remaining rooms . Over all it is only a moderate residency but very near to Railway station . Next time we don"t visit . We have been for a one night stay in this hotel. The pictures they show in the site is not authentic. Once you step into the hotel, you will start getting bitter experiences. They didn't accept any card payments. The lift was not working. No drinking water was available. The rooms were the filthiest. It looked they have not cleaned the room for months. The bedsheets provided were used ones. Bathrooms horrible. I never recommend this hotel even for one night stay.

Close to Trivandrum Railway station and main bus station... Police station is just down the road as well.. a little inside from the main road, but safe and quiet area. The rooms are kept good , we got a large bathroom with tub. Cleanliness was not up to standard. Over all satisfactory. Worth for money.
