Hotel Cordial Sopanam

The place looks exactly the same as pictures, nice clean rooms, convenient location and no nonsense service by cordial staff. Our 3 nights stay was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and had nice spread. Do consider if you are looking to book near bus stand, train station or temple. Only issue maybe ac noise which is observable at times.

I recently stayed at Hotel Cordial Sopanam and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Had a get together. Food was nice. Hotel is in great location. Walkable from Railway station as well as Bus stand. So no hassles for boarding both. Rooms are good, just adequate. However, the portions of dishes being served are a bit smaller compared to hotels of same class we visited. Have given feedback. Hope they will note and take action

Our stay here was terrible because of the extremely loud construction sounds that were there throughout the day. We didn’t get a single moment of peace and completely lost our sleep. We requested the staff to move us to a different room. We had to call the reception multiple times to either move us to a different room or to pause the construction during that time. Every single time we called the reception they would say “please give us 2 minutes, we’re looking into this” and would ignore our requests. It took multiple calls to get them to move us to a different room. We had to escalate the issue to the general manager who promised us that the construction work would stop after 5:30 pm. However the work went on well beyond 5:30. This is simply unacceptable for guests who just want some peace and quiet to unwind. I wanted to give a 1 star review but I’m increasing it to 2 starts because they gave us a small discount in the end.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Codial Sopanam, and it truly exceeded my expectations, particularly in terms of service and dining. The staff at Codial Sopanam were exceptional—extremely courteous, professional, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they made sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. They were always available to assist with any requests and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of local and international cuisines. Each dish was prepared with great care and the flavors were spot on. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and more relaxed dinners. Overall, Codial Sopanam provides an outstanding experience with top-tier service and an excellent dining experience. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Super deluxe room which i booked was spacious,clean, comfortable location was very close to railway station and central bus stand,staffs are well behaved, for breakfast options limited variety of menus only available even though it was very tasty every thing goes well and comfortable in this stay..

The ac bar both executive and local good. Very neatly kept. Services better but staffs seems eagerly standing for their tips which is iritating. Prepaid services. Free snacks given. A small snacks making kitchen counter provided inside the bar which is very attractive and convenient to order. Adjacent kairali theatre and very near to railway station and thampanoor bus stand. Parking available.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured it remained that way throughout our stay. Front office(Mr Sanju) was very helpful and efficient and the staff also helped us in local tour bookings. Food was delicious and impressive! 10/10 for overall hygiene!!!
