Hotel Keerthi

Stayed here in this hotel few days back. Hotel is near the main road and convenient to travel around the city. Rooms were relatively clean and tidy. TV was working fine. While we booked the room, management confirmed over phone that veg. Resturant is available.. but when we reached the hotel it was converted to Bar. The alcoholic smell will welcome you as you enter. Bathroom was clean, but no hot water. It was lukewarm and when i checked with the reception the person rudely mentions no hotels will have very hot water... All hotels will provide lukewarm water for bathing. Later they got hot water in a bucket and we have to adjust with one bucket of water only. Not worth for the money they take.

Writing this review as soon as I got out of the place. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Worst experience, had to cut short the stay because of the room, and yellow water from the smelly bathroom, room is damp and not clean. REEKING OF DEAD CARCASS SMELL inside the bathroom. And please remove your good photos from google agoda booking.com whatever..its not at all like in these photos

Terrible experience. The rooms are shabby and the service is unbearable. The most sociable person was the cleaning staff. Talking to the receptionist and the manager is like dealing with children. Neither have any manners, lack patience, are rude as hell and don't even know half of what is going on in the hotel. The receptionist wasn't even aware what kind of room we had booked and insisted on giving us a NON AC ROOM even though we had booked an AC ROOM. There IS NO FOOD/BREAKFAST/DINNER. On booking sites it may be said that you could pay 100 rupees for breakfast but that is A LIE AND THE RECEPTION WILL LET YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU ASK FOR BREAKFAST VERY RUDELY. The washroom is filthy and the bedsheet and blankets are old and worn out. There is NO HOT water only LUKEWARM and even that isnt a continous flow and it keeps convulsing . IT IS BETTER TO TRAVEL 10 TO 15 KM TO A BETTER HOTEL THAN TO BOOK HERE JUST BECAUSE OF LOCATION. A huge waste of cash. This is a horrible hotel and the people working here are even worse.

Compared to the huge amount paid for hotel booking, we got very bad experience & strange behavior from this hotel reception. Very ill mannered staff. Never seen such rude behavior from reception in any hotel. Not even helping a lady to shift luggage to room as me & my son came alone. While booking food option was mentioned if pay extra, but once we came here & asked about the restaurant the reception answered very rudly that there is none. Very dirty toilet floors & no hot water, when we called reception noone picked phone. Never experienced this much money wastage from any hotel stay.

Horrible experience.worst hotel stay in my life. Please NEVER EVER BOOK here. Terrible rooms, arrogant unhelpful staff. They didn't even bother to provide even a little hot water for my parents who stayed there. Rooms were horrible. Stinking smoking stench, ant lines on walls and dilapidated walls. Really disappointed.

Rude Front office Manger when asked for Discount No restaurant service Gally like Location even though its in heart of city. Room full of mosquitos Room not maintained, roof full of fungus Even dried plant kept in room. Never saty in this hotel, you can get decent hotel room with breakfast near buy for this hotel tariff

Truly underrated one. Family friendly and economical hotel near Central railway station. Good rooms with above average service from staff. Needs appreciation

Very bad experience.we booked premium AC room...worst parking system..Not a good option for this price..they are not even giving plate for eating..no heater looks like big room...but very small room.. feeling very bad for Booking this hotel .. Actually this is old hotel renovated and it's a bad choice .
