I recently stayed at your hotel with my family. While the rooms were nice and the front office staff were helpful, we had issues with the service and food. Specifically, the restaurant staff's behavior was not satisfactory, and the food quality and taste were subpar. Considering the reasonable prices, we expected better. I hope you will take our feedback constructively to improve.

I stayed in this hotel and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff(bald head) was disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist behavior was rude and failed to check me in properly, I attempted to raise the concern with the manager, but he walked away without saying anything, and it was really frustrating. The situation was not resolved, and it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve staff training and accountability. I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel unless changes are made.

A good hotel, very close to the railway station. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. The restaurant is decent. However as it is very close to the train station, you can hear the sound of the train's arrival and departure at night. So if you are a person who has problems sleeping, avoid this place.

The worst place u have ever stayed… the staffs are rude ..I booked for AC room but when o reached they said there were no AC ROOM . room service was denied for god knows what reasons , pathetic bathroom .. they say toiletries are free and give u a 5 rs soap … the room was with breakfast and already paid for but the restaurant denied delivery of food in the Room .. they denied my request for an A/C room and just said there are no AC room at all … unfortunately there I was too tired to move and stayed here and made me regret my decision after few hours I vacated and checked in to another hote near by. Very bad experience.

One of the worst hotel. Very sub standard. Stay at your own risk. No internet and rooms are pretty old. Don't be fooled by the photos. Poorly maintained hotel. Restaurant is below standard.

Very irresponsible service. I had called in advance and made a booking over the phone, and they confirmed room availability. But when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available. Strangely,. Highly unprofessional and misleading behavior. Not recommended at all

Check in and check out is easy.. Staff very helpful.. Located adjacent to Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station but no direct access to railway station.. Less than one km distance through road.. Room was spacious enough.. Neat and clean also.. Sounds from railway station is a big issue as it is very close to railway station..
