Collection O Prashant Stays

Our initial booking at Tyche hotel was cancelled without informing us at night 9.30pm. and they shifted us to Prashant stays. When we reached there the doors were locked. Knocked the door, rung calling bell, contact numbers were not reachable. At midnight we were helpless and no one cared. Customer care service was the worst. They said that I'll get the refund amount. I need my booked amount back. We could not stay anywhere. Ridiculous Oyo experience

The moment I entered the room, I was jaw dropped shocked by the mere appearance of the room. It was exactly the same as it was shown and described on their website. The overall ambience of the room is so relaxing with dim lights, that the whole arena of just a room shall take all your tiredness away.

Good stay, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would love to stay here again. I got the room via Oyo for only 600/-, it's super reasonable.

They are fraud.... First they took booking via OYO and then on the day... As for more money.. They are really cheater... I request to new visitors.. Never ever opt this hotel... Else you have to pay double amount... Rest ur wish 😤😤😤😤😤

I booked a room for 500 and they asked me 1000. They are frauds. The location is very far from town Narrow roads. The staffs were local and provided very bad service. I won't recommend it.

Rooms are spacious and very comfy and we had very nice experience. Location shown on map was very confusing but the owner gave us directions to reach the hotel
