Itsy By Treebo - City Maskan

Decent hotel. Spacious and clean room. Drinking water facility available in every floor. Breakfast was included in my package and it was okay. The staff behaviour was also good. Overall a good stay. The entrance is bit congested and it's a single lane road. Car parking is available for 2 cars plus bikes.

I absolutely do not recommend Itsy By Treebo - City Maskan based on my recent experience. Everything from locating the place to getting assistance was a nightmare. This establishment lacks basic amenities and customer support, making it a frustrating choice for accommodation. Firstly, finding the location itself was a daunting task. There was no local assistance available to guide us, leaving us to navigate the area blindly. This lack of support from the hotel made the whole experience unnecessarily challenging. Furthermore, the hotel's responsiveness was non-existent. Messages and requests sent to them went unanswered, leaving us feeling neglected and helpless. It's incredibly frustrating to stay at a place where communication is disregarded. To make matters worse, there were no lifts available, and there were no room attendants to offer any assistance. We were simply handed the key and left to figure out the room ourselves. This lack of basic services and support is highly disappointing. Moreover, the hotel showed zero flexibility when it came to check-out time. Even for a mere one-hour extension, we were coerced into booking an additional day at an exorbitant price. It is evident that they take advantage of guests by imposing unfair charges for minimal extensions. Prepare yourself for unnecessary additional charges during check-out. The hotel staff will come up with various excuses to demand extra money, so don't be surprised by their tactics. It's truly disappointing to be subjected to such unprofessional behavior. Lastly, don't expect to receive a hardcopy of the invoice during your stay. Instead, you'll only receive it after vacating the room, and even then, it will likely show a lower amount. This lack of transparency and proper documentation is unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Itsy By Treebo - City Maskan was extremely unsatisfactory. The difficulties in finding the location, the absence of local help, the unresponsiveness to messages, the lack of basic amenities, and the questionable billing practices all contribute to my strong discouragement of this establishment.

This hotel has affordable budget, situated near the highway. Easily accessible from the main road. Highly recommended if you looking for a stay near techno park. Parking is limited, only around 4-5 cars can be parked, But you could find space around easily. Clean and spacious rooms. Cooperative staffs. Breakfast served is also good. Altogether a great experience. I recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night and overall, my experience was quite positive. My room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Parking is a little difficult.

The worst stay I've ever had in Trivandrum. Since there were no rooms available for an early check-in, we upgraded to delux room. There were no toiletries provided. The response I got when I asked for toothpaste was lame."There is only one used paste available" The bathroom was not clean. Health wash as broken. The air conditioning was not working as expected. When we booked the room,treebo representative confirmed that booking includes free breakfast and nobody from hotel talked about the same. We are aware that this is a budget hotel. And the service they offer for the 2000 rupees per night is a complete disaster

The worst hotel i have checked in, the bathroom was dirty with water spilled all over and the Air-condition was not working we were shifted to 3 rooms but still all the same even the laundry was smelly. Never recommend for staying with a family or alone even if you are not looking for a shabby place. We dint stay there and we had to leave at the middle of the night to find a new hotel. The only good thing that was good was the staff at the reception he could understand us and told you please loom for a better hotel and call the customer care and report.

Very bad experience...NO Lifts and Very very few (2-3) car parking only... If u came late Have to park outside on the roadside....AC and TV were not working most of the time...Poor room service and Rooms/toilets are Not Maintained or cleaned properly. #Not Recommended for Family Stay

Over charged, I checked out 2 in advance had to pay room rent for those days + early check amount of 1500/- as I reached 5 hrs before check in time. Cheap and no service. Ac never worked, ants all around and no option of breakfast
