Hotel SPS Kingsway

A waste of a hotel. They don't offer basic amenities, but their daily fees are excessive. This hotel is comparable to a lodge of the third class. The toilet seat was dirty, the faucet wasn't functioning properly, and the bathroom wasn't clear. To dry your foot, there isn't a mat outside the restroom. It has been a long period since the coffee maker was cleaned. There is a lot of dust and the cupboard doors are not operating correctly. Guys in restaurants don't care.

We, family of three persons, booked accommodation in this hotel on 30-09-2025 around 11-30 AM through agoda platform for one day and paid an amount of Rs 3221.80/-. We reached the hotel around 2-30 PM but the receptionist told us that there was no booking for us as such and no room was available. After showing the proof of our booking including payment, they were helpless and sent us to a nearby substandard hotel almost 1 km away payment to be made by them and requested us to come for complimentary breakfast next day to their hotel as the referred hotel did not have restaurant.As no restaurant, we had to go outside far away for fooding every time.Clearly, they received the amount but fail to honour the guest and made them to have horrible experience.

This is the first time I have booked this hotel for a mehndi ceremony. What I want to mention is their cooperation and friendly behavior. They explained things without any delay and the details of the arrangements for the function were explained exactly. And on the day of the function, their arrangements were also very good. Be it the room or the atmosphere, both the guests and us were equally satisfied. And when it comes to the food, everything was excellent, and the chef who prepared it must also be mentioned. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff who cooperated perfectly with this function without any shortcomings. My family and I returned from the event very happily. Thanks for the memorable moments to team Kingsway❤️.

We had arranged a 16th day memorial function .Arrangements were superb.Food was excellent.The staff was very co -operative & helpful.I will recommend this hotel for any functions

I recently visited the executive bar and found it to be completely empty, lacking both ambience and remarkable service. Additionally, the prices, especially for Heineken beer, seem excessively high, comparable to a five-star establishment. I believe reducing the prices would significantly increase business at the executive bar.

We had gone there in a group through some travel agent. We all had a very horrible experience.....management there is casual and totally non professional is only what I can say.......neither AC nor intercom were in a working condition ....electric kettle provided was non functional and unclean....as if it had never been washed for several months.....some of the hotel staff members were rude and nonresponsive.... I would suggest to better go in for some good hotel especially when U are with your family and friends. Our repeated efforts to talk to the owner were fruitless since he was not accessible.....We had to spend night without sleep ....What's the use of staying in such a pathetic condition when you are in a holiday mood

The WORST hotel ever! No Wi-Fi, no AC, and the reception staff are unbelievably rude. Nivil told me: “If you want Wi-Fi or AC, sit in the lobby.” Management is completely absent. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Friendly staff. Wonderful Breakfast. Nearer to the International Airport. I really enjoyed the stay.
