It was good, actually I went there for job purpose and even if I had checked out they provide a room at evening for a dress changing and refresh for 15mins thankyou for the good hospitality

Very poor experience. If there is a chance to provide less than 1 rating,i had preferred that. They are not able to provide invoice for the stay. If u ask, they will say some stories. They told they will send it in courier to our address, even after 30 days, nothing recieved, on multiple follow ups, they didn't took action. Directly went there on 2nd visit. They said they cant give it now. The response from the person who is sitting in the reception is like we asking a loan from them. Rubbish reasons and feeling very bad. never prefer this hotel and never suggest to anybody also.

Overall nice experience..budget friendly not so far from the Trivandrum central station..half an hour or so from the airport..staff is helpful and friendly..toilets are clean and regular cleaning is done like they replace bedsheets and all after two days.. I had a pleasant stay✌🏻

Low budget neat room. Not as bad as similar budget hotels. But don't book via online. If you do don't expect water bottle, soap, towel, blanket and wifi. Even intercom won't work for online bookings🤣

Worst Experience. Most Unfriendly & Rude Staff. Not able to give zero Rating. One of the best Worst Experience in Hotel Booking. Kindly not use this hotel for booking.

Been to this hotel. I have booked via booking.com. The experience was bad as the was ac wasn’t working well and noisy. The plug holder wasn’t working for mobile charging. Bathroom isn’t clean and the lock wasn’t working. No parking space. Poor wifi. Overall bitter experience.

Very nice hotel to stay , reasonable price ! Free Wifi also available, better book room here if u ever visit medical college or other
