The room was not clean upon arrival. The bed was stained and had small black particles on it, which was very unhygienic. The TV and Wi-Fi were not working. The rooms are located on the second floor with no elevator access, so I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. Due to the poor condition and lack of basic amenities, I checked out within five hours of checking in.

"RATS IN THE ROOM": It's an old repainted lodge with poor quality furnishing(see pics). The doors to the balcony have no latches and rats enter the room at midnight(video attached). No one picks the call at night. The positive reviews , one line reviews with 5 stars are fake for sure.

Here are the main problems I faced during my stay: 1. The room was extremely dirty, with dust everywhere. I have attached photos to show how bad it was. The state of the room was shocking for a property listed as “company-serviced.” 2. I found cigarette butts and condom packets in the room. This is disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel. 3. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bathroom smelled so bad that it was impossible to use it. 4. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The flush didn’t work, and no one had cleaned it before or during my stay. 5. For several days, there was no water in the hotel. I reported this to the number provided at the reception, and they said it would be fixed soon. But the issue was never resolved. 6. The reception desk was always unattended. The reception area was open, but there was no staff to help, and calls to the reception number were ignored. This level of neglect is not acceptable. 7. The Wi-Fi was denied to us. When I asked for the password, the receptionist said they wouldn’t give it. This was very frustrating since Wi-Fi was a promised service. You can check the image yourself and decide whether you want stay here and suffer.

From my personal opinion room was nice. Hotel located middle of the city so travelling also more comfortable. Hygienic level is not bad. Some maintanence are required in this hotel but overall the rooms are good and receptionist also behaves in a good way.I had such a nice experience in that hotel.

Horrible place. Filthy rooms, and bed linens. Underground car park is available but that basement area havng a fowl smell.

Room was not hygienic.especially bathroom were too bad and smelly.office girl asked me to give my mobile and she tried to give 5 star rating from my phone without my permission.Behaviour to customer were too rude and aggressive.i will never try to book a hotel on OYO for my trip

Don’t trust reviews on OYO it is not worth at all No lift , Geyser is not working, AC is also not working poor maintenance
