Location is easily accessible and close to most tourist places in the city. Check-in and check-out are quick, hassle-free. Staff is helpful, speak and understand Hindi. I had booked a NON-AC room. It was averagely clean. Mattress and pillows were notably comfortable. Windows didn't open, making room a bit stuffy. Towels and blankets were not provided. Ideal for 1-2 days stay.

Hotel is at prime location and you can access most of the places from this location. Hotel were clean and rooms were decent for 1 night stay. People who want to avoid 11 AM checkout.l can consider this hotel as they provide 24 hr stay

Very bad experience... Never recommend to anyone. Worst hospitality... Worst service ever experienced. Price of three star facility of cheap and budget room. They are not providing atleast a blanket... Bathroom fleshes are not working properly. Very stubborn behavior from the staffs for the basic demands

Worst worst worst. Rooms are not at all clean and organized. Room service is poor. Hot water, sheets, towels not provided. Staff is very very rude and not cooperative. Reception looks luxurious but rooms are exactly opposite very dirty. Expensive as per room condition and hotel. Do not recommend to book here.

Good value for the price, very descent and clean AC rooms at remarkably economic rate. Is at walking distance from railway station and Bus stand.

Good hotel, well maintained. Near to Thiruvananthapuram central railway station. Affordable price for single bed. Given 4 starts 1 less because of Receptionist guy his behaviour was very rude for non malyalam speakers... Rest car parking and hotel is good

Worst experience ever. The rooms are old, stinky and not maintained. We'd seen a cockroach and some ants on the floor. Basic amenities like the fan, toilet flush didn't work. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
