The rooms are outdated, and the mattresses and pillows were dusty. However, the prices are quite reasonable. I might have given the hotel 3 or 4 stars due to its affordability and location, but the receptionist, Arun, was extremely arrogant. It seemed like he might have personal issues with the hotel owner, as his behavior toward us was arrogant and unacceptable.

The hotel staff is very unfriendly and adamant. No restaurant facilities is available.if solar won't be working hot water won't be provided. Only positive is 24 hrs check in available. Rooms though small are clean but you opt for other better options

Worst Room stay in have ever see. I paid ₹2500 for AC room but the AC doesn't work and no cooling. Towels were torn...no wifi... I ordered for tea and I had to ask them many a times and I didn't get the tea till I vacated the room. I had to shout at the receptionist guys. Useless employees, useless room service and useless hotel..

Nice hotel with hygienic room and toilet. I stay with family in third week of April 2023. Only issue there rate is a little bit high compared to other hotels. AC Double room they charge 2350.00 rupees (include a additional mattress), it's 3 star hotel rate.

Very neat and clean tourist hotel. Staffs are very friendly here as they are always ready to help you. Rooms are big and spacious with one attached bathroom. It's located very near to Thampanoor Railway Station. It takes only 9 mins to reach here. Lastly room charges are very reasonable.

Clean room.. Dirty windows and curtains..Quick access from city.. Rate moderately high.. Dysfunctional plumbing and electrical system and lift..so no hot water, no power and no lift during our stay.. also worst customer service.. Keyholes and ventilators open into toilet!! Red zero watt bulb for wash room and good power light for bedroom lamps! In brief excellent investment by owner but poor management by staff.. A well trained team with good manners can definitely give a face lift..
