The family restairant has a cosy setting. Of course the food rate is almost double than outside. But there is no rush to vacate your seat and we are at our leisure. Fried rice is average, the buffet food quality is on a higher plus side. The wash rooms in the restaurant and the common washroom in the reception lounge are super clean.

Hotel Pankaj is one of the most reputed hotels in Trivandrum and manages to maintain that name even after all these years. The property is fairly well maintained. Some things may look a bit dated but that's okay when you look at the larger picture. They serve a decent complimentary breakfast.

+ Great location accessibility-wise. + Courteous staff - One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed. Rooms are old, unmaintained and unclean. bed linen had stains. Bathroom was stinking. Even walls were ugly. - A bit nosily since it's on the main road. - My recommendation - do not stay here

Pankaj hotel is situated on very busy street near Secretariat area area. the overall ambience of the hotel is good . Wi-Fi services available. waiting area and reception area is also very pleasant and the staff was very cooperative . I wanted to have some food in lunch , and Buffett was extremely value for money option . After very long time I had chapati here along with other delicacies. The food was awesome 👌 and yummmm.....

An average hotel and restaurant with very good location. Staff is polite, but non Malayalam speaking guests find it difficult to communicate. Guest rooms upkeep and cleanliness needs to improve. In general a decent hotel for family stay. Now sharing a major inconvenience: Had to take cold water bath in two mornings as the hot water tap delivered cold water even after wasting 3 buckets water. Complaint didn't help. A major inconvenience.

Restaurant is at the topmost floor of the hotel. It was dimly lit & cosy place with light music. Frankly, one could hardly see clearly the food served. However, food was good but portions were served for individual consumption. Staff were friendly but service could be improved.

One of my favourite hangout spot with amazing rooftop experience offering a stellar sunset view with finger licking Chicken 65 and a glass of Beer . Good customer service and well mannered staffs .
