HOTEL GOLDEN AVENUE

Worst experience. I took 2 rooms last week along with my family but facilities provided were very bad. Only one small soap and a single towel was provided in a family room. AC was not even cooling. I think it was never serviced after installation. Hot water was not provided until requested at morning 6 30. Also night time hot water will not be provided. Rooms were also not clean and is so small as well. Overall it is not up to the mark for the price they are charging.

Very worst, disapponting and bad experience with this hotel. The rent to be paid as per confirmation on booking made through Booking. com was Rs. 2084 for a so called suite room for my stay with family on 29 to 30.04.2025. But the reception staff collected more than that, Rs. 2284. There were no corresponding facilities in the room for this rent. Only one small soap was put in the bath room. The room was also stinky. The nearby terrance/roof and open space were fully littered with all waste materials including bottles and also undesirable stuff, giving a foul smell and look. There seemed to be no house keeping. Every hotel provides minimum two bottles of water free of cost to the occupants of a double room. When I asked the boy in charge yesteday evening for a bottle of water, he asked for money. I asked him I paid nearly Rs. 2500, and wanted a bottle of water in this extremely hot season, and you ask for money. What is this? He was very rude and bluntly refused. I never faced this sort of behaviour from any hotel staff before. It was a very pitiable situation all around Altogether, we experienced unsatisfactory and bad situation here

Very bad experience, We booked the hotel through agoda, got the confirmation and everything, when we went to the hotel they said that we have to pay extra money and they won't give us a room. If you want a room, contact Agoda Customer Care. We contacted but did not get the proper result at Agoda, this hotel management is cheating people by showing low prices. I don't understand why they are showing their hotel on the Agoda site if it is not comfortable in these prices hotels shown on Agoda. Anyone who knows how to move this legally please give me advice. So I request everyone, don't book this hotel through agoda.

There was no hot water, complimentory drinking water and the room was untidy with a bad smell. There was also even some long hair strands on the bed.And the wifi was not even stable

Worst experience ever faced. No room service and very rude behaviour by reception people. Suffered a lot with small Kid. WORST STAY IN TRIVENDRUM - GOLDEN AVENUE

Very bad experience, we had booked the hotel through agoda, got the confirmation, when we went to the hotel they said we have to pay extra money, please no one book.

Really great experience, Great service ,wonderful location, healthy food delivery, Medical treatment services unbelievable, Heartful reception, mainly cleaning awesome.
