Hotel Regency

Very bad experience. Room was dusty and not comfortable for family. Very bad behavior from the receiptist. While check in they told they will return the balance at the time of check out. We booked non ac room and provided non ac room. At the time of check out they were telling its ac room.. cheap attitude. Not recommended for anyone with family

The hotel is approximately 2 kms from Trivandrum Railway station. The rooms are 3⭐ with air conditioning. The rooms we stayed were a little old with worn out paints. We experienced a faulty shower in the room and there was no heater also.

The Place is very poor. The services offered are of very low standard compared to the fare. The room looks totally shabby. They do not even have a health faucet in their bathroom. The only positive I felt is the service of the staff in the hotel.

One of the oldest hotels in Trivandrum city. They provide AC and Non AC rooms at an affordable rate in the heart of Trivandrum city. While comparing the rate , the quality of their services were far better than nearby hotels. The accessibility to Trivandrum central railway station, Thambanoor bus stand is so good . Situated in Manjalikulam Road, just behind manjalikulam ground.

The food was very good at nominal rates. Also very good ambience inside. The pineapple juice I had was very pure and thick. The parking area in front can hold only three four cars at a time. Its very calm and quiet inside. They need to improve on their turnover time. It took up to 45 minutes for the food to get served.

Great place for business as well as family stay. Near to railway station, bus stand, main business district, not too far from Airport. The best part is their restaurant and the food and the staff courtesy is excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.

Took an outstation wedding party to stay here. They said breakfast is available, however we later realised that they don’t have restaurant, instead they brought parceled food from a local hotel nearby. Tea was served in a dirty flask that wasn’t washed in ages. Worst of it all, none of the flushes in the bathrooms of all 4 rooms were not working. The hotel staff later confessed to us that the management has asked them to inform those who book rooms that the hotel has all facilities! We had to raise our voice at them at last. Still unapologetic management. Please think twice before checking in here.

Usually I don't care if there are more or less furniture or if it's new or old one, but cleanness it's important for me. |The bed sheets once must be white, surely they were clean, but furniture wasn't be. The room needs to be paint, so in overall is not a confortable place were you like to rest, above all for the price paid. ||Fortunately, staff are kind and nice.
