The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel.The fragrant smell was too strong.I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flightUnfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

We Had a Pleasent Stay At Keys Hotel Trivandrum. Right from the Reception Desk the Staff are extremely Cordial and welcoming, They took extra care as we were travelling with our kid. The rooms were comfortable and Neat. Complimentary Breakfast was also good. The hotel is Located Near all important tourist attractions at Trivandrum and is not too far from The Airport or The Railway Station. Would recommend Keys Hotel For a comfortable stay.

We stayed in this resort with my family.. That was a very good experience . staffs were very friendly and accomodating.. Room was very clean and beautiful, spacious too. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed there very delicious hygienic fresh food also.. Everyone must try their hospitality and service..

Their service is outstanding. The people at the front desk, the people at the restaurant all greet you with a pleasant smile and shows the outmost class The only negative I saw was that the bathrooms were lacking common amenities like a bucket and a cup. Even though the pricing for rooms and (especially) food was high, I don't see it as a huge issue since you expect this price range from such a big establishment (not to mention cgst and sgst contributing a lot to the bill) Then again, for me, all of this was overlooked by the extreme hospitality shown by the management.

His commitment to supporting and protecting the needs of the guests is evident, making the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, Chef Mr. Nikhil deserves special mention for his culinary expertise. The food is nothing short of delightful, with meals crafted to cater to a variety of tastes and preferences. Every dish I tried was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, making dining a highlight of my stay. Overall, my experience at Keys Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a supportive staff, and delicious food makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Trivandrum. I look forward to my next visit!

The hotel is great location wise. Also would be great value but I didn't find it so as perhaps rooms were under renovation. The central ac malfunctioned in our floor (8)on first night. The hotel authority took time upto 10 pm on next night to move us. In the 3 Rd floor room had fan as well as air purifier absent in 8 th floor. Window of one room was broken and none came to fix. Breakfast buffet was good. So was food during other occasions.
