Terrible Experience - Rude Staff and Poor Amenities I had a highly disappointing stay at Hotel Town Tower, Trivandrum. The experience was marred from the beginning by the rude behavior of the reception staff, especially an elderly gentleman who was downright unwelcoming and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the AC in my room was not working properly. Despite repeatedly requesting a room change, they refused and forced me to stay in the same uncomfortable room. Additionally, the door mat inside the washroom was filthy, covered with stains, which clearly showed a lack of basic hygiene and maintenance. I stayed there for just one day, and while checking out in the morning, I was shocked when they denied me the breakfast that was supposedly included. To top it all off, the same receptionist made a huge fuss over a balance of 3 rupees, refusing to complete the checkout until I provided the exact change. It felt petty and incredibly unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend Hotel Town Tower to anyone. The poor service, unhygienic conditions, and especially the rude behavior of the reception staff made it an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

This place was perfect for our team meeting, plenty of space and the wifi was super fast. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even when we needed to rearrange things last minute. The food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, and they had lots of healthy options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for crashing after a long day of meetings. Overall, would definitely recommend for business trips.

The restaurant at Town Tower (not to be confused with the hotel) offers a clean and cozy dining experience, comfortably seating 30-40 people. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is polite with quick service. While the meals are slightly pricey, they’re manageable given the quality. Overall, it's a nice spot for a tasty meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During breakfast, we were served rotten eggs. When we brought this up with the staff, their response was shockingly unprofessional, they said, “We cannot look inside the eggs.” Such a careless attitude towards food safety is unacceptable. The room service and other facilities were equally appalling. The staff was slow, unresponsive, and seemed indifferent to guest needs. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel. I strongly advise against booking this place if you’re looking for even basic hospitality and cleanliness.

We went for an official buffet lunch. Even though I wasn’t pleased much with the ambience of the conference room and the spread was not too lavish but I must mention that the taste was good and the staff were helpful, courteous and polite.
