As a hometown boy, I’ve always had a special connection to Hotel Town Tower and all my bookings to friends & colleagues only deepened my appreciation for this fantastic hotel. The dining options at Town Tower are exceptional. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu that caters to various tastes, with locally sourced ingredients enhancing every dish. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was not only delicious but also plentiful. Each meal was a delight, making it hard to leave the table! One of the first things I noticed was the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was spotless. The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. What truly sets Town Tower apart is the warmth of its staff. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During breakfast, we were served rotten eggs. When we brought this up with the staff, their response was shockingly unprofessional, they said, “We cannot look inside the eggs.” Such a careless attitude towards food safety is unacceptable. The room service and other facilities were equally appalling. The staff was slow, unresponsive, and seemed indifferent to guest needs. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel. I strongly advise against booking this place if you’re looking for even basic hospitality and cleanliness.

Please do not waste your money here. Very small rooms with dirty and smelly bathrooms. They provide only one water bottle and for the second they charge you 33/- for the MRP 20/- water bottle. Not good breakfast with limited options. Pathetic hotel.

Pathetic Hotel. I booked it through MMT. Worst Experience. Don't ever Visit this Hotel. Dirty hotel. Stinking Washrooms. They are charging a Tarrif for 3 Star Hotel and providing services like OYO rooms.

Good room and toilet, reasonable staff behaviour, and convenient process. However, felt uncomfortable due to the room window without a lock. Although it is on a higher floor, someone can open it from the back and enter the room. Please fix a latch inside to make your guests feel safe. Otherwise, recommended.
