Super Collection O Golden Avenue

Guys please don't book any rooms thru oyo app. Big cheating. I was booked room thru oyo app while I am traveling from KSA to India. When I reach the hotel the reception said there is no any booking under my name. I was tired and came from long travel and i really shocked at the night time with all my luggages. The reception said he is helpless and there is also no room available. I was rounding all area to find an another hotel. I lost too much money including which I booked. Again I will not use or book oyo app in my life.

From morning 6.15 I have been calling for hot water but no one took any interest as I have travel plans and booked transportation finally had to bath with cold water.. @ the time of check-out also I have been told that I should have let them know prior to 15 mins of check-out while I have already told them the night before about the time of check-out.. not a good approach for tourists.. Location is very close to almost everywhere which is only best part of this stay

The hotel room was nice, but there were no proper tables for working on the laptop, so we had to use the bed. The service was good. It's easier for auto drivers if you mention "Kerala Housing Board" as a landmark instead of relying on GPS.

"Worst experience ever had" Manager was insulting and talking disrespectfuly and was asked to pay extra money 2000 for having a tiny blood spot on their bedsheet which could have gone after a wash. They asked to give the keys of the bike and come back later pay and then take the bike back with you, or was asked to keep one of two phone which we had and talked in a very disrespectful manner. Didn't had any complimentry water and the rooms were full of dust and bathroom sink had lot of hair when checked in. The manager was the title he said he was of that hotel and kept on talking disrespectful about me and my partner. Worst experience never should treat the customers this way. Not at all preferred for couples.

I recently stayed at the Golden Avenue hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the rates were reasonable, the overall cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. The room itself had not been properly cleaned, and the state of the bathroom was no better, with visible signs of neglect. To make matters worse, the bedsheets had not been changed; instead, they had been sprayed with perfume, which was overpowering and did little to mask the lack of freshness. One of the most concerning aspects of my stay was the presence of a cockroach in the bathroom. This not only indicated a lack of attention to cleanliness but also made me uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, the furniture in the room, including an old lamp and various wooden pieces in the cupboard, were covered in dust, suggesting that the room had not been thoroughly maintained. Given the subpar cleanliness and maintenance standards I encountered, I cannot recommend the Golden Avenue hotel to fellow travelers. While the rates may be affordable, the lack of proper cleaning, the presence of pests, and the overall condition of the room make it an unsatisfactory choice for a comfortable stay. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Not worth the amount.No Complimentary water available.Customer service is very poor.No Cleanliness in Bathroom.Noy good stay for Couples.Room is very small...Not at all worth for the payment we have done that is 2100 Rs.Frint desk service was not good.Talked disrespectfully to the customer. Also map was not given right..It was wrongly located in the map.So we had to roam around finding the building even. Worst experience ever

Such a worst hotel never I seen in my life. They don't even a single bottle of water providing for long staying Geust. Arrogant and rude people. Service is careless.rooms are like dustbin. It's totally suitable for couples. Who compramise everything for one hour. I don't like to give single Star for them. I personally request you people never go to . GOLDE ENCLAVE. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor behavior of the staff. Despite having advanced booked and paid for a room, they refused to provide the room that was reserved and demanded additional payment. This is not only a breach of contract but also shows a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. The behavior of the staff was unbecoming and disrespectful. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a manner, especially after making a full payment in advance. It is understandable to encounter issues or misunderstandings, but it is the responsibility of the staff to resolve them in a respectful and courteous manner. Overall, the negative experience with the staff overshadows any positive aspects of the hotel. I would recommend finding alternative accommodations that prioritize customer service and respect for their guests.
