Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum

We had a 3 night stay there. The stay was comfortable. The staff was courteous. The food was good, especially hand tossed chicken pizza. The spread was good. Some staff in the restaurant were attentive, some took a really long time to serve the food. Overall it was a good stay.

I recently had an amazing stay that exceeded all my expectations. The food and beverage team was exceptional, promptly taking care of all our orders with a friendly demeanor. Each meal was a delight, showcasing great attention to detail. Additionally, the housekeeping staff were outstanding, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. Their positive attitude and smiling faces added a personal touch that made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the level of service and hospitality made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Went to Garden Grille restaurant for Sunday lunch buffet. The spread was fantastic. My kids loved the dessert section and I was impressed by their live counters. Excellent place to be in with family. Bbq was gorgeous. Loved the salad section. Keep it up

We stayed in Hilton Garden Inn from 24 Nov 24 to 28 Nov 24. We reached the Hotel past midnight after arriving from Singapore. The Reservation Coordinator Ms Jeeva Sivan ensured that our request for an Inter Conecting Room was met with. Front Office Staff throughout our stay was very helpful. Kudos to the Hskp and F& B Teams also. Our stay was marvellous. Good and cosy rooms and good food.

The experience was awesome with Afsal being our host.. He was there throughout along with the other staffs ensuring that we enjoyed the food and had all what we wanted on time without the slightest delay.||The food spread was awesome and the dishes were really delecious. ||A big kudos to Afsal for treating us really well and for Hilton for offering the hospitality.

I went in as an outside guest. I was warmly welcomed by a waiter. A lady came and asked me what I would like to order, but I didn't get any menu card yet, so asked for it. As a person in hospitality industry myself...the first thing I always do when a guest is seated , give him/ her a menu card immediately & give time to look at. Then when there is an eye contact...take orders. Nothing bad, just a point to be noted. They were all so friendly people working there, very motivated. Food, coffee etc was good. Had a little chat with the food & beverage manager ( probably). Thankyou all. Will come back again.
