It was difficult to locate the place. The address given in Google was wrong but map location was correct. Entrance to the hotel is also hidden from easy finding. Rooms were reasonably priced and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Some of the rooms have balconies opening to the medical waste dump yard. Avoid those rooms.
