Never eat food from here worst experience ever. I had food with family in the restaurant. The bad food caused a stomach problem for my cousin, the soup was a flop, and the chicken was old and hard.

Good place to stay in Thodupuzha town.. Adjacent to the new Bus depot.. Rooms were nice with all amenities.. Breakfast started late, but food was good.. And staff were really helpful.. The sound proofing of rooms could be better, as I could hear announcements from the bus depot in my room all night long..

Pretty good place for a night stay.. so near to the bus stop… just a fence away. Complimentary breakfast was really good- restaurant service was excellent… also the reception staff was very helpful and pleasant.

As my experience today ,I won't recommend this hotel to anyone ..The only merit they do have is their premises it's good..nothing else. . Staffs including the waiter doesn't have the proper training ..they don't consider clients , it took half an hour for drinking water .. They neither value there customer nor the food..

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I requested to have my TV recharged, but it wasn't done even after I informed them. And when I asked for an iron box, they sent a damaged one that was unusable. The hair dryer in the room was not working. Overall, it seemed like the hotel had not been taking proper care of its equipment and amenities. I was hoping for a comfortable stay but the issues I encountered left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
