The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The locations is accessible and close to the beach. The property is very beautiful. Had a good time. The down sides are the room needs a bit of improvement, for the price range they fall under. There is no hot water, no kettle and ample lighting in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was limited but the taste was good.. on the whole I would recommend this place under this budget.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The receptionist, Vidya, was very helpful and communicated well in the local language, which made our experience even better. The hotel's prime location was a major advantage, providing easy access to the cliff. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My friends and I chose Kshetra on our trip to Varkala. Since we booked earlier, prices were reasonable. The location is near the North cliff. The resort ambience is too good with a quadrangle space with bamboo trees and a small pond etc. I have to mention the food we had from there. The food was so tasty. We all loved it. Also each staff there was very friendly. I can strongly recommend this resort to my friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay there,in a homely atmosphere. The staffs were so friendly. Food they serve are really good. Rooms are clean and neatly done.Only drawback i found was the breakfast time management, it could've been little more efficient.

Had a great stay in the pleasant ambiance. The service was fantastic and foods & beverages were tasty. Sam is a nice person who hosted so politely during our stay. I spent more quality time in the common areas of ground and first floor rather than my room. Very convenient to reach Darjeeling cafe and sea side area on foot within 5minutes.
