Subject: Feedback Regarding I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Coral Cove Varkala. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below my expectations and the standards one would anticipate for a room priced at 7800 INR for two nights. 1. The bedspread was visibly dirty, which was very unwelcoming. 2. Essential amenities such as soap and drinking water were missing. 3. The rooms had signs of neglect, including fungus growth, and the washrooms were unclean. 4. Additionally, the passages was littered with cigarette butts and empty alcohol bottles, which made the environment uncomfortable. Given these issues, I request you review your room standards and ensure that such rooms are not made available on booking platforms, as it reflects poorly on the hotel and affects customer trust.

Had One of the worst experiences during the stay here. The service here is pathetic. We paid 4k for a Non AC room as we had no choice & we needed a room for one night.. The staff is least interested in anything. There was no bedsheet, soap, not even drinking water available and upon asking the staff was frowing for everything. I would suggest not to opt for a stay here even if u r getting it for free. Highly disappointing.

Worst stay ever. Charged 4K for a AC Deluxe room. We had to go and ask each and everything, No water bottle, No blanket, No Towels, No soap. Power went off in the mid night and no one cared to look after it. Other buildings had power, No one will pick up the call in case of emergency. A guy came at 8:30 in the morning and turned on the Main switch. Not sure if they shut the power intentionally.

I stayed here two weeks; the dorm was very comfortable and quiet. There's a clean kitchen you can use to cook your own food and a nice sitting area in the front of the hotel. Made many new friends here. Most people do yoga or some kind of course and go to sleep early so the dorm was always quiet. The rooms looked nice too. The manager Rahul is super friendly and good to talk to; always helping people. Felt like a second home.

It's been almost 2 months since we left this place, but we still felt like we needed to give it a well deserved review! We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The owner was really nice and helpful and we loved the fact that we were able to use a kitchen for a change. Somehow you start to miss doing a bit of cooking for yourself after months of travelling and eating out 3 times a day. The location is good, 2 small shops just around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the cliffside. The rooms were spacious and clean. We do have one piece of advice (although the owner will probably remind you of this as well): be ware of keeping your shoes or flip flops outside. Some guests fail to close the gate at night so the neighbouring dog just might come in and ruin your footwear.

I booked this resort from top reputed app. When I reached the resort, receptionist said that somebody else was created profile of their resort in that app and they are not responsible for that. It's the first time I am experiencing this kind of problem. Some 5-6 customers also facing the same issue at that time. They were booked from different reputed apps. Receptionist shouting to all and saying that your money will be lost. Very bad behaviour from hotel management. Resort premises is also very dirty. So don't book this resort, your money will be lost and they will not take any responsibility.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great stay. The place is very clean and tidy, has a lovely outdoor area with shade to cover from the sun and plenty of chairs. It's set back from the North Cliff so nice and quiet, but only a short distance, around 7 mins walk to the cliff and the beach. We stayed in a private room which was pretty big, bed linen, towels and comfy pillows. We didn't see the dorms but heard from other travelers it is very clean and nice. Would go back and stay next time we are in Varkala
