Casa Branca Resort

We had a terrible experience at this resort. We made a confirmed booking through the MakeMyTrip app, but upon arrival, the caretaker flat-out denied our booking, claiming they don’t accept reservations from MakeMyTrip. He pressured us into cancelling our booking and insisted we rebook offline directly with them. Trusting his word, we complied and booked again, expecting to sort out the refund later. However, after returning home and following up with MakeMyTrip, we were shocked to learn that the resort owner is now declining the refund. This kind of unprofessional and dishonest behavior is unacceptable. Either the resort is scamming customers or there’s a serious mismanagement issue. Either way, I’d strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this place.

Arjun is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make your stay truly memorable. To be completely honest, the photos don’t fully capture the charm and beauty of this place. The property is even more stunning in person, with a warmth and elegance that surpasses expectations. Every corner of this space reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an absolute delight to stay here. It’s a hidden gem that’s even better than advertised, and Arjun’s hospitality takes the experience to a whole new level. Highly recommended!

I stayed over there for a night with my family friends. Rooms were so clean with attached bathrooms and also has a planted balcony. Actually it's a 2BHK apartment AC rooms which serves all the facilities like heater,fridge,kettle and kitchen with utensils along with a dining area and also so much of indoor plants which makes the pleasent look around us. We did a birthday party there and we bought a cake from them which has so many varieties to pick. It has a terrace to play snooker,darts, table tennis,carrom,archery also available in terrace with good ambience. We feel worth the money we spent and really surprised of so many things and hospitality they provided. Feel like home 🏠🏡

we stayed here for 6 nights. very nice host (Arjun) very clean rooms and clean hotel. spacious rooms, good location, with use of the living room with kitchen, kettle. and drinking water. on the top floor you can play pool, table tennis, darts and relax. very comfortable 😁Thank you Arjun,greetings Serge & Mar

Grossly misadvertised property. We had booked a 1 bed apartment but were informed it was a shared 2 bed flat, on arrival. No discount was made, or offer of apology. Very unpleasant manager who raised his voice when there was miscommunication. The apartment lacked basic cutlery, a microwave and dishwasher (which was said to be in the apartment) and a washing machine. Ant infestation in the kitchen. The good things about here was the location which was very close to the restaurants and beach. Also,close to the ayur eda and yoga options. The shared space was quite spacious.

This place is situated in the north cliff, so close to all the cafés in the north cliff. The hosts are absolutely wonderful! The stay is beautiful, clean. Feels like home. Great WiFi if you plan to work from here. There is a small play area on the terrace, it’s fun too, and clean and maintained as well. Food service is also quick and the hosts help out if you need any kind of suggestions on what to do in Varkala.

The place is surrounded by lush greenery with plants.They provide luxurious accommodation and top notch amenities with an indoor gaming area with billiards ,table tennis ,foosball and a lot more.....one of the best stay in varkala @ CASA BRANCA .Thankyou team for the wonderful service
